Barbecue sauce is an American favorite. Commonly found in southern cooking, barbecue sauce is a condiment that can be used in a number of ways. Not only does it work well on barbecued meats such as brisket, burnt ends, and chicken, but you can also use it to add a smoky element to already-prepared food. It makes a fantastic dipping sauce for chicken tenders and the perfect condiment for hamburgers. While you are probably familiar with its unique flavor, you likely have not had this recipe.
