During the COVID-19 pandemic, various activities have taken a hit, and people are facing challenges in performing tasks that were previously normally. Since January of 2020, most countries have faced some numbers of corona positive cases. In the U.S., the government has taken various steps to avoid the spread of this virus in public. The government is trying to convince people that their lives are at risk, and they should follow the guideline suggested by WHO and take this outbreak seriously.

1.Social Distancing

People should maintain a safe distance from one another. Many experts say that coronavirus can travel through the air from one person to another when they exhale. The virus can travel a distance of fewer than six meters without any support. Because of this, the WHO is advising people to maintain social distance and stay away from one another for at least six meters. This way, it’s possible to control the spread of this virus.

2.Cover your Mouth, Eyes, and Nose

The second thing to take care of is to cover your hands, eyes, and mouth. Coronavirus travels inside the body through these openings. Hence, we should cover our mouth and nose; if you touched your mouth and nose with infected hands, the virus could enter your body. To protect your eyes, simply avoid touching your eyes as much as you can.

3.Washing your Hands

WHO has also advised keeping your hands clean by washing for 20 seconds from time to time throughout the day. When you are outside your home to purchase necessities, you may touch various things consciously or unconsciously. You may also pick up items from the store and take your change from the employee on the counter. This can increase your chances of coming in contact with the virus. To avoid this, you should keep your hands away from your face, no matter what, and wash your hands as soon as you enter your house. While out and about, rely on hand alcohol-based hand sanitizer to keep your hands clean.

4.Stay Home

The most effective precaution to protect yourself and your family from the virus is to avoid going outside unnecessarily. If you limit the amount of time you spend outside, you are at a lower risk of testing positive for the virus. Like most restaurants, shops, and public institutions are closed, you need to stay home and try to leave only when it is important.

COVID-19 and Vaping

Just like with many other sectors, COVID-19 has also affected the vaping industry. A lot of shops are closed, so you cannot buy accessories, Juul pods, puff bars or vape juice easily. If you are able to find any accessories and e-liquid, you should purchase them in bulk and store them. This way, you will not run short on pods and vape juice throughout the outbreak.

Spots for Vaping During COVID-19 Pandemic

Many vape enthusiasts live with their parents, which can make it difficult when they need to vape. In fact, even if you are in public, your vapor moving around in the air can make many people feel awkward. So you need to vape in a way without anyone noticing and maintaining the social distance. After all, the virus can travel through vapor.

Vaping at Home

If you are living alone, you do not have to worry as the vapor of a vaporizer stays for a little while, unlike cigarettes. This is the biggest benefit of living alone; you can do whatever you want. But if you are living with a roommate and they do not allow vape, then this can be a problem. However, if you both have different rooms, you can vape in your room after closing the door. However, if you share a room with other siblings, be more careful. You can either vape in your washroom or stand outside the door and vape. Just make sure that your roommate should know that this is your vaping time, so they should stay away. Secondly, if you live with your parents and they do not know about your vaping, then you can use your room and washroom to vape. They will not notice the smell of the vape as it is a flavor.

Conclusion

While vaping during the COVID-19 pandemic is a struggle, you just need to distance yourself from other people while enjoying your vape time. Similarly, if any other person is vaping in front of you, you should exercise caution by avoiding them. Otherwise, you are increasing the risk of getting infected by the virus. Hence, following the above safety measures is really important for your health.
