It's been said that people that hate cats will come back as mice in their next life.
Several reasons why your cat is peeing outside the litter box
It can be frustrating seeing your cat ditch their litter box and pee just about everywhere else. The constant cleaning is not as disturbing as the strong cat pee smell that you have to deal with.

Hello again to everyone here. I’ve been on a hiatus that lasted way too long. What the hell happened, I’ve asked myself? A lot of people have written about despair in the face of the war in the Ukraine and the multiple harbingers of climate disaster staring us down. I felt paralysed by the constant updates on these large scale calamities, and at a small scale level I was also busy with work (numbers of despairing children and teenagers are proportional to the level of community Weltschmerz — plus they feel the shock of televised war and the threat of climate change the most). There had been a lull in appointments over the Australian summer — warm weather and the long school holidays always seem to produce a land-of-the-lotus-eaters effect: it’s always afternoon, and there’s little to no motivation to get back to normal life. Then suddenly the school year started and the trickle of appointments became a torrent, and I spurred myself on with “Hey, this is not too bad, at least we’re not in lockdown.”

Seven weeks ago a scumbag shot our Buddy cat with an air rifle. I’m about 99.9% sure who the culprit is, but there’s this little thing call proof.
Dylan M ParkinPublished 2 years ago in PetlifeHow to Lessen Hairballs for Your Cat
Every cat owner is acquainted with their cat's 'horking' sound, which culminates in a compact fur sausage being deposited on the floor every week or two. After cleaning up a few hairballs, most owners lose interest, but you should be aware of how they form, how to avoid them from occurring as often, and the difficulties that might occur.
The Passing of A Dear Friend
I just wanted to say something real quick for anyone willing to read a bit... So back at my old house (I don't call it a home because it wasn't) I had two cats. A white/grey cat that I named after the famous Marvel villain Loki. He got his name because when I met him, he immediately slapped me in the face with his tiny paw. The black cat was named Lightning Bolt (I was 8yrs old when I received him as a Xmas present. Believe it or not I was actually asking for a pet dog at the time, but upon my deceased aunt's porch was this little black cat they decided was going to be my Xmas present. At the time the movie Smurfs was out and so my mindset was "I'll name him based on characteristic or a trait" (one or the other).
Cuddles, Patience
She hides in the corner, encased in her soft igloo, her safe haven. She'll probably stay huddled inside until the visitors have left, the lights have been dimmed, and the staff has gone home. She'll only dare to move after that, racing out of her igloo and directly to her food and water bowls.
Signs of Stress in Cats
The simple truth is that cats can get stressed. Though many assume that cats only get stressed when they are at the veterinarian's office, they can easily get stressed at home.

A Feline Introduction The title is a play on words. Yesterday I was feeling really down due to a hospital visit, worry about the outcome and when I actually got there my appointment was over an hour late, and I was sure t least two people came after me but were seen before me by the consultant but that was probably just a paranoid delusion.

Though most people think about puppies and dogs when they want to get their first pet, the truth is that cats can make wonderful companions. They can provide hours of entertainment. They can be good at cuddling, but they are just as happy roaming around the house on their own. Even better, they aren't as needy as dogs, so you can go away for several hours, without worrying about your dog going to the bathroom in your home.

Bruno LopesPublished 2 years ago in PetlifeWhat Makes a Reputable Cat Breeder?
I'm not one for the lime light, but I am a Leo, in all technicality, and after 6 years in this practice, which is as taboo as sex work, I've decided to speak out. I generally let my work speak for itself, and I take pride in my academic and creative endeavors, which includes my cattery. So, I've opted to discuss a rather controversial topic that I've found the general public doesn't put much thought into or, if they've considered the matter, has a strong aversion to: the art of cat breeding.
I Was Never a Cat Person
In 2019, I was moving out of my tiny apartment and on the lookout for a furry friend. Growing up, I never was really fond of cats: I had a childhood dog, who was tiny and affectionate, and died of old age in 2017. Dogs were fun, and friendly. Cats? Forget about it.
