Continue this sequence few times a day until your dog master it well enough. Then ask your dog to sit before meals, before going on a walk and during any order situation you would like to calm him and get seated

2. Come

Put a leash and collar on your dog.

Go down to his level and say, “Come,” while gently pulling on the leash.

When he gets to you, reward him with affection and a treat.

Once he has mastered the command with a leash, practice with him in an enclosed space for safety.

3. Stay

Be sure to make sure your dog is an expert at 'sit' command before trying this command.

First, ask your dog to “Sit.”

Then open the palm of your hand in front of you, and say “Stay.”

Take a few steps back. Reward him with a treat and affection if he stays.

Gradually increase the number of steps you take before giving the treat.

Always reward your pup for staying put — even if it’s just for a few seconds.

That is an exercise in willpower and patience for your dog, so don’t be discouraged if it takes a while to grasp, specifically for dogs and excessive-energy dogs. In spite of everything, they need to be on the flow and no longer simply sitting there waiting.

Once he’s in the down position, say “Down,” give him the treat, and share affection.
