Do you wish you had more energy during the day? Have you tried increasing your intake of nutritious juices?

No, we're not talking about orange or apple juice for breakfast. When you want something sweet to drink during the day instead of coffee or soda, there are a lot of better options. With inexpensive juicing machines, juicing at home has never been easier.

When it comes to nutritious juices, these are a few of my favourites.

Carrot Juice

Carrots are abundant in beta-carotene, an antioxidant that may aid in the oxygenation of your blood, brain, and other bodily tissues. For a full glass of juice, you'll need 5-10 carrots, depending on their size.

Fruit and Nut

Combine 1 cup freshly squeezed apple juice, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon wheat, rice, or oat bran, and 8 to 12 almonds in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve the desired taste and consistency.

Beetroot Juice

Beetroot juice is one of the greatest dietary sources of antioxidants and nitrates, which may help to lower blood pressure and increase blood flow to the brain, heart, muscles, and other parts of the body. Only one or two beets are required. For added sweetness, add fresh apple juice to taste.

Green Juice

Chlorophyll, a green pigment found in plants, aids in the oxygenation of the blood, resulting in improved mental and physical performance. 1 large cucumber, 8 celery stalks, 1 handful kale, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful parsley, 1/4 lemon, and 1 piece ginger, for example, could be used in a recipe.
