First of all, unless you know for certain what her favorite scent is, just avoid buying that cute bottle of perfume. Chances are, it'll go stale sitting on the shelf or she's going to give it to one of her girlfriends. Women tend to be very particular when it comes to our choice of perfume, once we find that special scent, we usually don't switch around. Even if you do know what she loves, she probably already has plenty of it sitting around. Save yourself some major bucks and shop around some more.

Although it's true, most girls love a nice piece of chocolate, the truth is we're already getting plenty of it during the holidays. It's literally sitting on every table and neatly stocked on every store shelf. Chocolate is being handed out at every corner during this time of the year. Red Alert! Absolutely do not go to the clothing isle. Chances are high that you'll pick out the wrong size which most women find extremely offensive. "Do you think I'm fat?" Yeah, you don't want to be hearing this all day. Avoid ruing the moment, and just keep on shopping.

Kitchen Utensils

Look, your heart might be in the right place but you should be aware that we already spend so much time in the kitchen, this is the last place that we want to be thinking about right now. A nice set of dishes is a gift more acceptable coming from grandma. We expect more from you! Keep shopping!

By now I bet you're thinking "Wow, exactly what does she want?" Take notes, because these are the gifts that almost every woman wants.

A Movie Night Package

Start with buying her favorite movie. Does she have an ultimate, all-time favorite? Is there one that she's just been dying to watch?

Now, go buy a soft and fuzzy blanket for her to cuddle up in while she's watching her movie. Throw in some microwave popcorn and a few of her favorite snacks. A nice scented candle would also be a nice touch to add.
