You can take some natural home remedies to get rid of it. These will provide relief to your feet as well as give relief from irritation. So let’s know about some of the best home remedies.

1. Mehndi: Mehndi can give relief from burning sensation in your feet. According to Healthroid, Mehndi’s effect is cold, as soon as you apply it on the soles of the feet, you will feel cold and will get relief from irritation soon. For this, you have to soak the mehndi powder in water for some time and then apply it. Wash it when it is dry. If you want, you can also keep the Mehndi in the fridge for a while.

2. Turmeric: The anti-inflammatory properties present in turmeric help relieve this problem. For this, take a big spoon of turmeric and mix it with enough water to make a paste. Spread it well on your soles. Leave it for 5 minutes and then wash it thoroughly. If you want, you can also apply this paste by cooling it.

3. Bitter gourd leaves: Bitter gourd leaves prove effective to end burning sensation of feet. Take some bitter gourd leaves and wash it thoroughly. Now make a paste by adding enough water to it. Apply it well on your feet and soles. Wash after 10 minutes. You can apply it twice a day.

4. Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar is present in your home, it can also be used to get relief from foot irritation. For this, you take water in a tub and add 2-3 spoons of apple vinegar to it. Soak feet in it for 10 to 15 minutes.

5. Rock salt: Rock salt can also be used to remove burning sensation in the feet. For this, you add a quarter cup of rock salt in a tub of lukewarm water. Soak your feet in it for 10 to 15 minutes. After this, wipe the feet thoroughly. You can also get relief from any kind of pain and swelling.

6. Cold water: The most natural solution is to use cold water. You don’t have to do anything about this. Just take cold water in a tub and keep the feet immersed in it for 5 minutes. After two minutes then dip it for 5 minutes. Do this two to three times.
