Transformation in 90 Days

How I changed my body composition

By Daniel GergelyPublished 3 years ago • 3 min read

I stood in front of the mirror, facing the reflection I had grown tired of. I have bad body body composition, out of shape, and unhappy with my body overall. Something needed to change, not just for vanity’s sake, but for my overall health and well-being.

I made a choice. I decided to embark on a 90-day journey to transform my body composition. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I was determined to make it happen.

I started by completely revamping my diet. Out went the processed foods and sugary drinks, replaced by fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Portion control became my mantra, and every meal was a conscious choice to nourish my body.

I started to use supplements. I would like to highlight one of them:

This supplement has increased my energy levels and helped me perform better in my workouts.

Exercise became my new best friend. I began with brisk walks, slowly progressing to jogging and strength training. Five days a week, without fail, I committed to working out. My body ached, but I pushed through the discomfort, knowing it was all part of the process.

Weeks turned into months, and I began to notice small changes. My clothes felt looser, and I had an abundance of energy that I hadn't felt in years. Those initial results fueled my determination.

To hold myself accountable, I documented my journey. Weekly photos, meal plans, workout logs, and a journal to record how I felt became my allies. Sharing my progress on social media introduced me to a community of supportive individuals on similar journeys.

By the end of the first month, the scale showed progress. I had lost several pounds, and my muscles began to take shape. My confidence skyrocketed, motivating me to push harder.

I diversified my workouts, experimenting with different routines to keep things fresh and challenging. It wasn’t just about shedding pounds anymore; it was about becoming the best version of myself.

As the 90-day milestone approached, I couldn’t believe the transformation. My body composition had changed dramatically. I had shed weight, gained muscle definition, and felt healthier than ever.

On the 90th day, I stood in front of the mirror once again, but this time, I couldn’t help but smile at the reflection staring back at me. I had proved to myself that with dedication, consistency, and the right mindset, anything was possible.

My transformation journey didn’t stop at day 90; it continued beyond. I maintained my healthy habits, and what once seemed impossible had become my new way of life. My story became an inspiration to others, a testament that change was not only achievable but also empowering, one step at a time.

Keto foods are essential for those following a ketogenic diet, which is high in healthy fats, moderate in protein, and extremely low in carbohydrates. These foods are not only delicious but also help the body enter a state of ketosis, where it burns fat for energy instead of carbs.

The keto diet is characterized by a significant reduction in carbohydrates and an increase in dietary fat. When you consume fewer carbohydrates, your body enters a state called ketosis, where it shifts from using glucose (carbohydrates) for energy to using fat as the primary fuel source. This means that stored fat is broken down and used for energy, leading to weight loss.
