When a person gets up early, they are more energetic and it takes less time to do a task that would take more time otherwise. He is more adapt in making better decisions, planning and achieving goals.

Mental fitness

A significant benefit of waking up early is reduced stress levels. When you rise early, you eliminate the need to rush. You will start your day on an optimistic level and positivity will stay with you all day.

Better sleep quality

Early rises tend to go to bed early and establish a routine in their life. This translates into better sleep quality as the body's clock adapts to a new routine.

A Brighter world

Getting up early makes you a more positive person. People who get up early are happier, for a longer duration for the day and overall in life.

It seems like we never have enough time in our busy lives. Successful people wake up early in the morning and take advantage of that time.

It seems like we don't have the time to make changes in our health and working on our dreams, so creating more free time for yourself in order to work on your goals and dreams is the key.

Waking up earlier

Set up the habit to begin to wake up earlier. Set the alarm half an hour earlier each week. After a week, your mind will start to create the habit of having to wake up earlier and it will start to become easier. Try and aim to have an hour earlier from your usual wake up time.

Utilize your free time for success

Once you have created the habit to wake up at least an hour earlier, the magic happens. You must make an agreement with yourself that this time that you've made is for you time.

Start working on yourself in the areas of your life that make the most impact. Create a window for yourself to become successful and make the most of the time. You will start to become your greatest version.

Working on your passions

Master your craft to become the greatest version of yourself. Whatever it is that you love to do, let this time be a gateway for you to master what you love to do.

You must be honest with yourself. What outcome are you looking for? When you determine the outcome you are looking for, then you can work on your passions and let your dreams become a reality.

Dedicate at least one hour of your time to your passion everyday to see improvement.

Physical and mental maintenance

To become the greatest version of yourself, use this time to dedicate to physical and mental exercise, like going for a walk or yoga.

By setting goals and intents, you are preventing losing time in the day prioritizing what needs to be done first (mental). By exercising, you are waking up your body and allowing your body and mind to be fully active and engaged.

Take this time to become the greatest version of yourself and realize that you create your free time. Maximize your mornings and this will improve and allow yourself room for growth.
