3)How often should I drink Smoothies?

If you want to lose weight, you should drink one or two smoothies a day in addition to eating a healthy diet. If you are consistent with drinking 1-2 smoothies a day you may start to see more and more results as the weeks pass.

Along with drinking the smoothies, you should also invest some time into some sort of exercise, my personal favorite is going to the gym. You can also do some sort of cardio, for example, some days I will go for a 30min run to make sure if I don't make it to the gym I will still break a sweat. The combination of exercise and a good diet is very important to complete your goals but something that I often find very important is a healthy mindset.

Your mindset is something that will keep you either on track to complete your goals or will drag you off the track. To train your mind you need to have a productive schedule, for example, I have a morning routine that I stick to because of my discipline. I trained my mind to do this through exercises for my mind. One of my favorites was meditation, one which calms your mind, making it much easier to concentrate.

4)What having a Healthy Lifestyle will do

If you do stick with this lifestyle there are many benefits, such as increased focus, feeling better, and more energy over time. This is how I felt when I implemented the tips above which boosted my life to a new level.

Among the necessary points to a healthy lifestyle, there are also things that you can implement due to your taste and lifestyle. This makes things like a schedule easier to follow and less restrictive because you can change things when needed.

Some of my biggest implementations were having cold showers during the afternoon hours and restricting access to social media on my phone. Cold showers can have many benefits, but the one I have noticed the most is that I have not been getting sick like I used to. I used to have all sorts of colds all the time, but cold showers have eliminated all the pains and barriers of getting sick used to have.

Restricting the use of social media has also been very helpful because my focus has increased tenfold making it easier to do study, work, and school work. I have also noticed that over time I have noticed my attention span has increased because of the lack of switching from video to video. I have also started to appreciate more menial tasks, like walking or just talking with friends and family.
