Step One, wake up in the morning whenever you want.

Do not wake up at a reasonable time, a time that makes you feel good about yourself. Make sure you wake up when everyone else has already started the day. Make sure you do not miss any opportunity to start your day with your right foot. And do not make the bed or take a shower. Just wear what you wore yesterday and go out. It is important to start your day with little to no self-esteem, to feel as awful as you can.

Step two, make sure your home is always a complete disaster.

Your house is full of many rooms, each with a specific purpose. You want to make sure that these goals are extremely difficult to achieve. Subconsciously reinforce the idea that you are an unorganized person whose life is not right.

Step three, procrastinate.

When thinking of doing something productive, such as cleaning your kitchen, ignore it. You have a lot of time later in the day to do it. You need to get used to leaving the problems of your life to the future version of yourself.

Step four, look busy.

Help yourself to feel productive. Start doing activities that are not the most important to be done but you can justify them as important. Open your email, see if someone sent you an SOS message in the messenger, trick her your consciousness, with occupations that do not help you move forward in life.

Step five, sit back and wait for opportunities.

Never move to find new opportunities, whether to develop your career or meet new people. Wait for them to knock on your door. Anyway, the LAW OF ATTRACTION says so, if it is going to happen, it will happen. You will meet the girl of your dreams one day and things will work out. You will probably also find the job of your dreams if you wait long enough. Anyway, the important thing is not to take action. Do not try to find the most effective way to get what you want, just wait.

Step Six, Be Suspicious of People.

Believe that everyone basically just wants to take advantage of you, and because of that, you need to be overprotective and put up walls to protect yourself emotionally. Suppose the smiles they show you are fake and that their motives are malicious.

Step seven, never fix things you don’t like about yourself.

Never prove to yourself that you can overcome obstacles or improve yourself. Never try to change your lifestyle for the better. Stick to the idea that people can not change, so you should not try.

Step seven, Discovering Your Purpose Focus on things you can’t control.

As often as possible, Disturb traffic, government, pandemic. You really want to reinforce the idea that the world is corrupt and there is nothing you can do about it. Focus on the weaknesses of others, the failures of your own country, and the state of the economy. Maintain a firm external control position overall events in your life. This will really help you to feel weak. And if you’re trying to be miserable, that’s perfect.

Step Nine, Use Fear as Motivation.

Make the fear of your negative consequences the primary motivation for what you do. You are constantly reminding yourself that your whole life can collapse if you do not keep your head above water.

Step ten, do only what is comfortable.

Let your comfort zone be the beginning of what you do and do not do. If it is not comfortable, do not do it. Avoid inconvenience at all costs and participate only in activities that are familiar and effortless. Do not worry about gaining new perspectives or new experiences. Stay in your lane.

Step Eleven: Believing You Are Special.

Act as if you are justifying things by thinking that you are just different from everyone else.
