The bedroom is the place where we get rid of the tiredness of the day. But if you do not sleep in spite of having soft soft bed, velvet curtains, moderate lighting as well as the bedroom's favorite furnishings and furniture, then understand that the indoor air of the house is not pure.

A research by the NASA Institute of America found that people who are busy throughout the day need more pure and clean air than others to be relaxed and restful sleep. Therefore, it is advisable to keep some such plants indoors, which emit ammonia gas from bathrooms, formaldehyde gas from garbage, benzene from detergents, trichloroethylene from furniture, carbon monoxide from gas stoves and odor emanating from laundry etc. to deactivate the effect. While reading this, it must be coming to mind that plants release carbon dioxide gas at night. We need oxygen. Scientists believe that there are some such plants, which keep giving oxygen even at night, till late evening. These plants are effective in getting us rid of toxic gases.

So let us give you information about some such air purifier plants, which have been found helpful in controlling air pollution:

1. Snake Plant:

This plant, which gives oxygen throughout the day, is known in the botanical world as Sansevieria trifasia. Gardening enthusiasts know it by the name of snake plant. This plant gives oxygen even at night. Therefore, it prevents pollution by increasing the oxygen level during the day. Therefore, to neutralize the effect of ammonia gas in the bathroom, install a snake plant. This plant placed below on the floor or on the window will also eliminate the smell of litter. If you want the fragrance of flowers, keep a chrysanthemum plant in the bathroom.

2. Golden Pothos:

This plant with greenish-yellow broad leaves, which grows in low sunlight in the shade, is helpful in preventing air pollution. The Golden Pothos plant, which is included in the count of air purifier plants, grows in the light of bulb or tube in any place inside. It survives in extreme humidity. It gives good results in less water with the help of moss stick. It is also helpful in neutralizing the effect of gas coming out of garbage like aloe vera plant. Despite being kept in the dark, this plant kept in the hanging pot remains green and works as an air purifier. This plant is also capable of removing the common odor as well as the carbon monoxide gas emitted from gas stoves.

3. Weeping Fig:

Heavy curtains, rugs and furniture in the rooms also emit odor, which gradually affects the level of air purity. In such a situation, this plant called Weeping Fig is helpful in purifying all such odors. If the furniture smells of paint etc., then the plant of Varnac Dracaena can also be helpful in removing this smell. The Rhododendron Simsi plant placed in the window of the room will also absorb the odor emanating from plywood and foam mattresses.

Similarly, if a Gerbera daisy plant is kept in the bedroom to eliminate the smell arising from curtains or drycleaned clothes, then a very good effect will be seen. But this plant demands a lot of care. But this aloe vera, like the snake plant, is capable of increasing the level of oxygen till late at night.

4. Peace Lily:

If you are interested in greenery as well as pleasant fragrance, then in spring, you can also keep the white peace lily plant which is in full bloom indoors. This plant, which grows in low light and a simple dose of water once a week, has an amazing ability to prevent air pollution. It has the ability to absorb the benzene odor emanating from detergents, garbage smell inside your house for breathing space. This plant is a good source of air purifier.

Now talking about flowering plants, then an expensive plant of Anthurium can be kept in the bedroom window where there is no direct sunlight.

5. Red Aged Dracaena:

By keeping this plant inside, the work of air pollution control is done easily.

6. Grape Ivy:

This plant, which grows in medium light, less water, little care, has been considered a good source of preventing air pollution.

If a green healthy grape ivy plant is kept in the bedroom with the couch, it will purify the air. If the plant is growing, give plenty of water. People who have sensitive or allergic skin should be cautious with this. By the way, this plant is capable of neutralizing many types of gases.

The rubber plant will work both indoors and outdoors to prevent the effect of carbon monoxide gas in the kitchen or foul smell caused by burning fire outside the house.

7. Bamboo Palm:

This plant, which keeps spider webs away, is the first choice of everyone in today's modern societies. Even though it is kept for decoration, it controls the humidity inside the room. Therefore, do not keep it in a place with direct sunlight, but keep in mind that the wind flows comfortably there. It will control the smell of kitchen, garbage, soap etc.

8. Lavender :

If there is a lobbie in the house, then you can also keep a lavender plant which gives a pleasant fragrance, repels insects.

9. Airak :

Arak palm plant can be kept to enhance the beauty of the drawing room as well as to prevent benzene, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde and xylene odor emanating from the material used in the broom.

10. Spider Plant:

Hang it in the basket and take away the foul smell of garbage inside and outside the house and get a clean environment and sleep peacefully inside. All these purifier plants will enhance the beauty of the house as well as give a refreshing atmosphere.
