Cleaning the living space is something that no one welcomes with a big applause given the fact that there is work to be put and cleaning products to be purchased. There are proven techniques that work very efficiently even though not the typical ones, so knowing how to use them will certainly save up some expenses from your budget and reduce your time for cleaning. And you are just about to find out which are these products.

Baking Soda is the ideal product for fighting bad and offending odors in the house, recommended by everybody. It also dissolves the burnt food from the pots and pans and can be used for removing pastel drawings from your walls in case you have a little bandit who tries being creative.

If you want to clean up dirty silverware and remove the dried up grease and oil from them, you can dip a brush with boar bristles in baking soda and scrub the dirty spots with it.

The dirty and burnt utensils can be soaked and let sit for at least few hours in the following mixture: a dose of baking soda plus two doses of water. After the set time is over, scrub them with a sponge and rinse out. You can do the same in order to remove all the dirt that has gathered and coated around the hotplates of your stove.

White bread – it can be used for dusting the paintings drawn with oils. Gently run a slice of white bread on the surface of the canvas – it will take off all the dust and films of dirt.

Ketchup can be used for removing the deposits of dirt on the bottom of copper pots and pans and brass utensils. Squeeze a bit of ketchup on a soft cloth or rag and scrub the dirty utensils with it. They will get back to their natural color in no time. Rinse out with hot water and dry them up.

Rice can be a very useful tool for cleaning vases or bottles which are hard to be washed from the inside. Simply fill up the desired item with hot water and a spoonful of raw rice, cover its opening with your palm and shake it well. Pour everything out and rinse.

Sparkling water can also find a place when cleaning your home. It will make your stainless steel sink shine like new and will cover up scratches, so they won’t be seen as much. Just wash the sink with a rag soaked in sparkling water and dry it up with another one.

Baby oil can be used for polishing your chromium plated surfaces. Only a drop of it on a clean rag will make all of the faucets and door knobs shine.

The kitchen mop can be a great solution for removing the spider webs in the house. Simply attach a damp microfiber cloth to the mop head with the help of rubber bands, and use its long handle to reach even the most remote corners in your room.

A toothpaste can be used for cleaning up the scratched surface of your CDs. Squeeze a tad of the toothpaste on a cotton ball and gently start cleaning the CD with it by keeping a straight line from the center to its periphery and on the scratches. Rinse it with water after that.

Coca Cola can be used for toilet cleaning. Just pour a bottle or can of Coke into the bowl and let it sit for an hour or two. It is up to you whether or not to use a toilet brush before flushing it off.

These are some really well-tried and practical ways for using handy products for cleaning your home and yet, see great results. Brilliant results are guaranteed!
