What you should do when you wake up in the morning and how it will help you stay centered!!

As soon as you wake up in the morning:

I would recommend meditating for at least 1 hour and waking up between 4 pm & 5 pm.

Tip # 1: Gratitude!!

Be grateful that you woke up this morning, thankful that you are breathing and that you are ALIVE & PRESENT!! Each moment that you are on this planet is an opportunity for growth and change.

Be Grateful for the JOB YOU HAVE!! ( even if it's not the job you love)

Be Grateful for all the opportunities you have in life because it could be worst!!

Gratitude is what separates the rich from the poor!! If you want something you have to be a vibrational match to what you want. If you want to be

Realizing

I

Create

Happiness

Then you have to give if you want the love you have to give love.

Say these words if you don't know what to say:

Thank you universe for waking me up this morning!!

It's a beautiful day to be alive!!

You can replace the word universe with whatever you like too!!

Keep a journal and write down all your goals and/or plans!! When you have a plan or things written out it helps with manifestation but that's whole other conversation.

Tip # 2: Set your intentions for the day!!

While you're getting ready for work, whether you're in the shower or traveling on the train.

Say this if you are unsure of what to say:

Today is going to be an amazing day!!

Today will be a productive day, I will get a lot of things done.

I'm going to make it work at "blank" !!

I'm going to make it work on time!!

I will not allow external forces to affect me!!

I tested this out for myself. I said I'm going to make it work at 8:30 am every day for a week start and it worked!! I started realizing that what you put out into the universe manifests itself. Your thoughts mirror your reality!! YOU ARE THE ARCHITECT OF YOUR LIFE!!

Tip # 3 : Listen to frequency/mediation music!!

What is frequency music? DO YOUR RESEARCH!!

A wise man once said:

The truth cannot be told it must be realized.

Music can you heal you, when you're sick or when you're upset. It can also help remove subconscious thoughts that maybe be hindering your manifestation. Remember to remove all things from your life that don't serve you. Understand that what you watch and what you put into your body influences your actions.

Tip # 4: Read self-help books!!

48 Laws of Power

The Alchemist

The Secret

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

Rich Dad Poor Dad

The Four Agreements

The list goes on and on!!

These books help put things into perspective, it helps you analyze various circumstances/patterns in your life and how you could have approached them.

While I read these books I identify with certain aspects, it forces to me to cycle back to past events and how I could have maneuvered, so that in the future if and when I encounter similar circumstances I am prepared to deal with things in a way that benefits myself and the person.

When you arrive at work, you won't be phased from matrix things or things from the 3D.

Bonus

What do you want from life? How will you achieve it? Do you know the steps? Do you know who you are or where you want to go?
