Peace

Nowadays, everyone is busy, stressed & it seems they lost peace in their life.

Although stress is a wonderful tool & capable of boosting energy & attention. But most of the time stress creates negative forces in our life & hyperlink to unwanted effects.

An anxious & stressed mind always puts your effort down.

Instead of this, having a peaceful & calm mind is priceless & makes your entire life better even in critical situations.

A peaceful mind makes your sleep perfect, keeps your blood pressure normal, allows you to focus on your work, distracts you from negative energy, cuts off your stress & the good thing is you can enjoy your life with positivity.

Oh, it seems easier, but it doesn’t. Sometimes, tough to achieve your inner peace of mind.

If you truly want to make your stressed life better & get inner calm, you must practice following powerful methods.

But practising consistently is important, which makes you succeed. You don’t need to wait for the right times for happiness. Going ahead & being happy with what you have is the most common habit for inner peace.

Takedown your worries -

Step-1

Take a note or notepad or blank paper (Don’t use any device or apps). Write there any problems, stress or worries you have. Then cut off the paper from the notebook, crush that paper & through it into the dustbin or fire.

Step-2

To work out this method functionally, take a deep breath & energize yourself with oxygen.

Create a distance from your worries, stress, problems, etc. Close your eyes, imagine the universe in your mind with the core of your heart.

Give some positive affirmations to yourself,

I am alive.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

I have another opportunity to improve my life.

I can achieve my dream.

I can create my life better & I will.

Thank you.

Create your To-Do -

Take a notepad or paper or you can use any device or apps & create your To-do list.

This method helps you to find out what your priority is. This is stepwise & you can schedule your day.

Productive means not planning your work, starting & continuously progressing with your work, rather than being productive is finishing your task or work.

This is possible by scheduling & scheduling your work is possible by making a To-Do list.

This technique can assuage your stress as your works are completing & moving ahead nicely.

Use FIFO rule -

If you are getting worried about your work & confused about completing your task, you can use the First In First Out rule in your life.

This means, according to your To-Do list the task or work you are doing now or the work you are entering to do complete first & then jump out to another one.

e.g.,

If you are preparing a presentation for the office now, first complete the Presentation afterwards and work out your next project.

If you are having your breakfast now, focus on your breakfast.

When you are taking a rest, focus on having rest.

When you are praying for something, focus on praying and fill your heart with gratitude.

Deadline to Clear line -

Deadlines are the logical lines for your work that allow you to work on your priorities. Complete your task within the deadline & take a rest.

Don’t take as deadlines are sour. Take your deadlines as an opportunity & it can be your greatest tool to stay productive.

Deadlines allow you to dispose of your stress over original works till the finishing of deadlines.

Edutain instead of Entertain -

Entertainment is not a waste of time, but the way you entertain yourself can be a waste of time.

Wasting time means you are doing uninterested work, but your addiction forced you to do so.

Instead of using social media & watching movies in your free time, learn some new skills, learn some productive works, you need to read books in your free time which increase your concentration.

Reading books is one of the best practices to bring your mind into a peaceful state. This is good for your mental & physical health & strengthens the brain, builds vocabulary, reduces stress, aids sleep.

Eat lives -

When you get stressed, eating like a bird is one of the best methods to relax & distract from your stress.

Aside from health, when & what you are eating doesn’t matter, but the matter is you must eat the foods that have lives, which means plant-based food like fruit, fibre, nuts, etc. rather eating packaged or processed or preserved food.

Packaged foods are dead & they don’t have life, so how do they create your life better & peaceful.

Dead or preserved foods contain harmful preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, highly refined carbs, hydrogenated oils & the worst thing is the companies use plastic for food packaging, which is a carcinogenic agent (Cancer causing).

Although packed foods are hygienic from contamination, they lead to an increase in cholesterol and the tendency of obesity, hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.

Leave your life -

Practice this method at least once every 3 days. You can practice it in the morning after waking up or at night before going to bed.

Forget who you are, your life, relationship, business, job, about your family, problems, etc. what is bothering you.

Sit down in a noiseless place, be calm, disconnect all the connections from your life & stop chattering in mind.

Recall your thoughts what makes you feel happy & try to visualize the universe in your mind. Connect yourself with nature, creator of the world, feel happy & gratitude for what you have.

This is my experience, please try this constantly for 15-21 days and you can get the result of peace 100%.

Meditate to emptytate -

If you want to feel the real peace in life crossing your conflict & problems, you need to meditate.

Meditation needs patience. Your constant practise gives you long-lasting benefits in life.

Meditation has enormous benefits. For the first 21 days, it feels boring. Afterwards, you can feel happiness behind your pain, reduction of stress, normal blood pressure, better focus & productivity, you can find the real peace in life.

But keeping patience is important & practice it at least 5-10 minutes daily.

Thank you.
