1. Boost Your Metabolism

Your thyroid is the power house of metabolism. It sends out hormones that controls how well your body burns the calories you take in. Spicy foods like chilies, pepper etc to your diet. These spicy foods contains a substance called CAPSAICIN which helps your metabolism move faster. It burns up to 10 calories in every meals. Spicy foods also decrease appetite.

7.Eat Carbs

Your muscle uses carbs to speed up your metabolism. Your body breaks down those carbs to sugar to give you energy. If the sugar produced in your body isn’t used, it get stored as fats in your body. If you are lifting weights or doing exercises, your body uses it as energy to keep you going. Body builders takes in about 50% more carbs to fuel their workouts and their metabolism is 14% faster than the average man.

8. Eat Protein

Your body bug a more calories to process proteins. For example you eat 200 grams of chicken breast that contains 330 calories, your body will burn down 99 of those calories just from digesting. Proteins also helps build muscles.

9.Get Yourself A Morning Routine

A study from the National Institute Of Health shows that caffeine increases 29% of fat burn in slimmer people and 10% of fat burn for those who has extra weight. Caffeine goes straight to your nervous system and orders the fat cells to break down.

10. Change The Oil Used In Cooking

No need to give up dry food. Just change the cooking oil you use for something healthier like coconut oil and palm oil. Research shows that majority of people who add 1-2 teaspoon of oil in their breakfast are not that hungry during lunch. These two oils listed above helps your metabolism.
