Not really having a choice though, I started growing garlic for various reasons but the most common one was to make sure that I would have enough to make some amazing pasta dishes. However, as I mentioned garlic can be dangerous as it is associated with high blood pressure and high blood sugar.

If you have any blood sugar issues – getting low blood sugar, high blood sugar, high blood cholesterol, high triglycerides and high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and/or high blood uric acid – then you really should pay attention to the health of your garlic.
