Well it’s March—

Spring break has started and the less dedicated New Year’s resolutioners have petered out or left their dedication in Fort Lauderdale. So now is the perfect time to head to the gym and give your resolution some attention…right?

We all know physical health is important, but sometimes it's tough to find time to get to a gym, pay for a gym, and feel comfortable there.

Home gyms are easier to attend because you’re already there. Your accountability to “go to the gym” is already fulfilled. Look at you! No extra stops, no extra fees, no need to reassure yourself that surely everyone wipes the machines down after they use them…

Whether you're ballin' on a budget, a germaphobe, a parent, a business mogul, a dental floss tycoon, or anyone in-between, you can benefit from having a home gym, even if it isn't state of the art.

Well, now you can bring the gym to you!

Here are five items to get your home gym started without having to shell out cash for a Bowflex (around $1500—YIKES). The best part about these items is you don't need much space at all for them and they're easily able to be packed up and put up whenever necessary. So skip a couple of pizza nights (your body will thank you) and put that money toward your new home gym!

Not sure where to begin after you get the stuff? Visit my website, christina-hall.com to check out exercise plans or my Instagram @tina.bobeena to see some exercises to get you started. "Gymming" isn't difficult, it's the getting there that's the hard part. Now you're one step closer to that, with your frugal, versatile, and useful home gym!

I tried my best to make this list useful and versatile for all type of exercises. The items chosen were highly rated, cost-efficient, and able to be used for gobs of different types of exercise movements and styles. Amazon is a great place to find quality, well-priced exercise equipment, and pieces. Use your imagination! Think outside the box!

Do you feel like this list isn’t enough? Share this post on your social media and I will be able to continue writing. This will help me research more objects and necessities for a more robust home gym. Pending results, I will be making a new list for a more robust gym for under $100.

Thanks so much for reading :)
