Do you intend to reduce your weight? A low-carb diet might be the best option in this case.

Why? Because eating fewer carbohydrates can make you feel fuller longer. This ultimately aids in weight loss for you.

But do you know what else can make you feel less hungry? consumption of a diet rich in protein.

Protein has the greatest appetite-suppressing effect of all the macronutrients. A high-protein diet also speeds up your metabolism.

To help you accelerate your weight reduction, I'm sharing 20 Low Carb High Protein Meals with you today.

Enter the fray!

1. Green Chili Avocado Salad with Quinoa.

This salad is a delicious and healthy meal that won't leave you feeling hungry afterwards. Quinoa is an excellent source of protein, fiber, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, zinc, copper, vitamin E and B6. Avocados are a good source of potassium for regulating blood pressure. The vegetables in this dish provide important vitamins for immunity to help you stay healthy during the winter months.

Combine the quinoa with cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling reduce the heat to low-medium heat until all liquid has been absorbed by the quinoa (roughly 20 minutes). Meanwhile chop up your vegetables in small pieces so they will cook faster later on.

2.Cilantro Lime Chicken with Salsa Verde .

This easy chicken dish is perfect for a low-carb high protein meal. The salsa verde recipe has a tangy taste with a hint of heat from the jalapenos, which complements the cilantro nicely. If you're not a fan of spicy foods, simply omit the jalapeno or replace it with green bell pepper. This hearty dish is also very versatile in that it can be served over rice, in tacos, or as an appetizer with tortilla chips.

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup salsa verde

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Salt to taste

Juice of 1 lime

3.Spicy Thai Chicken Peanut Bowls .

In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the lime juice, soy sauce, peanut butter, sriracha (or chili paste), ginger, garlic and salt. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through. Meanwhile cook the rice according to package instructions. Divide the rice between two bowls then top with grilled chicken and sliced cucumbers. Drizzle with remaining peanut sauce.

4.Taco Bowls - Lentil, Brown Rice, or Quinoa.

Start by cooking your lentils, brown rice, or quinoa in a pot. Add in chopped onions, fresh bell peppers and tomatoes. Bring the pot to a boil, then lower the heat so it's simmering for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your toppings: cilantro, avocado slices or guacamole; lettuce; tomato; salsa or hot sauce; sour cream; cheese of your choice.

5.Keto Chicken Enchiladas.

As I'm sure many of you do, I adore enchiladas. They do, however, include a lot of carbohydrates due of the tortillas.

Additionally, consuming so many carbs is bad for your waistline.

With only a small portion of the carbs, these chicken enchiladas nonetheless have all the delicious flavours of an enchilada.

A homemade enchilada sauce is poured over juicy, tender chicken breasts, and gooey cheese is sprinkled on top. The tortillas won't be missed at all.

You'll need a number of spices to make the enchilada sauce. Get your measuring spoons ready.

These are the ones I suggest because they are stainless steel. They are very strong as a result.

On their own, these chicken enchiladas are delicious. You may, however, serve this dish with a side of garden salad.
