In today's world, it is so easy to get caught up in our normal work or school schedule that all we can focus on surviving the day. We often save all our excitement for the days that we have off. However, we never know how many days we have left, and it is important to try and find joy in our everyday routines. I have come up with a list of simple ways that you can add a little joy to your normal everyday routines. Of course, everyone has different resources and responsibilities, so not all of these ideas will work for everyone, but I hope that this list will inspire you to smile more and to enjoy life more.
