In this article, I will provide you with a list of free applications that will help you organize things better.

Remember the Milk:

Remember the Milk is a free and easy-to-use application that syncs all reminders on each device you use (tablet, laptop, phone). You can even create a list to share with someone else to check the points on it together.

Wunderlist:

Wunderlist is yet another simple, list-based application that helps you organize your life. You make different lists with reminders at certain dates and hours and you can share your list. If you're an iOS user, you can use 3D Touch to see which point is on your other day's lists.

Any.do:

With Any.do you can organize your life for the next few weeks and see the events as a calendar. And this app synchronizes the devices you use, lets you put alarms, and share lists with others. You can even dictate the tasks you want to write down.

Evernote:

In the free version of Evernote, you can create lists and add links and tabs. You can search for a particular note, tag it, use the camera to add more information to the list, or scan something. There are also Plus and Premium options, which provide more options.

Google Keep:

Last but not least, there is Google Keep. It permits you to add photos, links, and more to your lists. You can create tables, put different colors, and set your reminders according to specific places.

Trello:

Trello's Kanban board style makes it simple to organize and manage your day, month, or quarter. Trello was created as a project management application that allows teams to easily organize and interact. Trello, like many of the greatest organizing tools, has a card structure.

The best characteristics are:

  • One of the best task management tools for managing huge projects as well as individual chores.
  • Allows you to plan, assign, and track each task's progress.
  • Friday integrates with it, making it easy to access it and other resources.

Toggl:

Toggl is a time management program that allows you to track and control how you spend your time. Toggl is a Chrome extension that adds a timer to any web tool, allowing you to keep track of how much time you spend on each one.

It allows you to easily organize and manage how you spend and prioritize your time. It also has complex features like idle detection, which allows you to track when you're most productive and when you're not.

24me:

24me is another excellent organizing tool that helps you keep track of your busy day. It includes tools like a to-do list, calendar, task and event reminders, and note writing to help you manage your ideas and day.

It also works with voice commands, making it simple to take notes and schedule appointments.

FamilyWall:

The larger your family grows, the more difficult it becomes to manage who does what and when. With a shared calendar, chores and shopping lists, and communications, FamilyWall is one of a slew of family-management applications.

If you require additional features, you may upgrade to a premium membership.

Slidebox:

Unless you keep your smartphone life rigorously organized, your device will become packed with images at some time. Slidebox is a brilliant method to glide through your collection, removing photographs you don't want and organizing the rest into albums.

It's free, but there's a subscription option that removes advertisements and adds video capabilities.

I am very curious to discover which are the applications you are using on a daily basis. My favorites are Trello and Evernote, which I use daily.
