Being human, the first thing that one could expect would be the eradication of this pandemic disease called Corona, as soon as possible. Began to spread like a slow poison at first, now this zoonotic disease has picked up the devastating pace that ruined many countries’ economies and life. Citizens are made to Lock-down and quarantined forcefully even if a single instance of the symptom has got found. This disease has been recorded as the worst disease of the era which the world is facing today.

At one side the professional doctors and clinicians are working restlessly with all their efforts without having a clue about when the right medicine is going to be invented whereas, on the flip side, the business sectors and stock markets in the world are staring at their brutal falls, never-imagined in the market, hopelessly due to corona.

Almost all the Industrial sectors and factories have been laid-off following the strict orders due to this situation. Despite being in this condition, IT industries are still running their businesses by allotting the work from home facilities to their employees. Yes, the IT industry is also facing huge loss due to this uncertain situation but it is far less when compared to other business sectors. This is because of continuous productivity with time.

People working with the Software Development industry are fortunate because the show doesn’t have to stop here like in the case of other industries. The basic expectations that Customers are expecting in this situation are like the proper performance of the Mobile applications that are booming digitally. For instance, banking -related applications like PhonePay, GooglePay, UPI Bheem App, PayTM, official Bank applications, etc. through which one can make transactions and cashless payments especially in this lockdown situation.

Where the customers are demanding so much, IT industries also possibly make some expectations from their existing customers.

Despite these situations, IT industry is giving first priority to its customers in all the possible ways. Hereupon the IT industry expects few things like continuous project works, proper communication, weekly online productive meetings, new developments and enhancements, recommended changes for the on-going project with innovative technologies, provide customer reviews and feedbacks, timely payments, etc. so that it becomes easier for them to take their businesses at great levels with their connected journeys.

Regardless of the situation, clients always keep an eye over the demand and profits they get from their Business Application in the market. If the Client is facing problems in case of meeting their expected needs with the application, then it should be shared immediately to the developers so that they can put themselves into the client’s shoes and resolve it.

Besides this, it is even important to consider that the employees working remotely from home also have family, kids, and stress of siblings, so it might be possible for little delays in finishing the project tasks. So customers should compromise by understanding the situation. As they are working remotely, there is a chance of arising issues with network bandwidth, unexpected system hanging which makes the work slower than what is to be. Few things have to give from the client-side as well.

To sum up, with all the stated facts, clients should stick on with their hired IT industries by understanding the situations. Because the situations are always unpredictable. Clients should also join hands with IT companies in providing possible support to the team whether it may be financially, or professionally. Clients should not move through the advantage of the pandemic situation but should strongly be with the company side which continuously took the care of the project. Client should also compromise in the timely production as it might be possible for the employees to get sick while quarantine.
