In today's technological world, it's more important than ever to have a strong network. By building relationships and connecting with people in your field, you open up opportunities for yourself that you may never have had otherwise. While networking can be daunting at times, it doesn't have to be, especially in web3. I've personally met some amazing people in Web3 on LinkedIn, Diamond App and Entre.

One of the most important things you can do for your career is to network with other people in your field. Not only will this help you to meet new people and learn new things, but it will also give you a chance to get your name out there. When you network with other professionals, they'll be more likely to think of you when they have a job opening or are looking for someone to recommend to their clients.

The Giving Mindset

The most translated book in the world says, "Practice giving and people will give to you." One of my favorite mentors, Zig Ziglar always said, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want." That's the key to networking. You must give, give, give and then you'll receive.

Below are a few tips to get you started:

Make an effort to reach out to people every day, by commenting on their posts on LinkedIn and upvoting on Entre

Join or create a group here on LinkedIn or Entre for those who share your interests

Attend virtual and IRL events and get to know people better

Volunteer for projects that interest you in Web3 and network with those you meet

Use social media to connect with people online and give, give, give

Networking is a vital skill for anyone looking to advance their career, make connections, learn about new opportunities, and build strong relationships.

The Web3 LinkedIn: Entre

Entre, is a new professional network designed to help people connect and work in the Web3 world. Entre, dubbed the Web3 LinkedIn, is a decentralized social media app built on the DeSo Blockchain that allows users to post content, cultivate opportunities, and earn on their activity.

“Entre is a Web3 professional network designed to help people connect and work in the Web3 world,” Marra said. “Web3 jobs are in high demand as big brands clamor to find talent to build decentralized ecosystems. Entre has created an ecosystem full of professionals working toward that purpose.”

On LinkedIn, you can post content to cultivate opportunities and eventually earn. However, there is no built-in way to monetize content or transactions on the platform. Not so with Entre.

Entre allows users to build a professional Web3 network and cultivate opportunities while also being able to immediately earn on their content. “Decentralized social media is important because users own and control their content and audience,” Marra said.

The Entre marketplace makes it easy to discover the next big Web3 opportunity. Entrepreneurs can post jobs and gigs to hire within the network. You can also become a partner and add your deals to the platform to gain a larger audience.

If you’re looking for an opportunity in the growing field of Web3, then you should definitely check out Entre. It’s a new professional network designed specifically for people looking to work in this exciting new area of technology.

With Entre, you can easily connect with other professionals, discover new opportunities and even earn rewards for your activity on the platform. So why not check it out today? You might just find your dream job waiting for you and meet some interesting people along the way.
