Covering 23,000 square feet, this insane mansion contains many extraordinary amenities to keep her busy, including six bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a theater, a gourmet kitchen, and a swimming pool.

Several ancient structures reside on the grounds of Oprah’s mansion and they were designed by a Mexican painter who was actually born in Costa-Rica.

The houses many rooms include a Reading Room, large library, impressive 10 seater dining room and a closet that can hold 50 pairs of shoes.

He has been revealed as the buyer of a $59 Million Dollar Getty penthouse that comes in at around $6,000 per square foot and spans 10,000 square feet across the top three floors of the building at 501 West 24th Street, right by the High Line.

Other features inside the penthouse include 2,700 square feet of outdoor space, a private pool, and two master bedrooms.

The founder and executive chairman of African Rainbow Minerals, which has interests in gold, ferrous metals, base metals, and platinum helps run the worlds 12th largest gold mining company

In 2012, Motsepe was named South Africa’s richest man, topping the Sunday Times’ annual Rich List and once owned a large quantity of South African gold mines, some of which were later sold for $7.7 million dollars.

1 – Oprah Winfrey – Michigan Avenue Duplex

Now on sale for 7.75 million Oprah’s condominium in Chicago’s Water Tower Place is situated on the home of the Chicago Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

At about $800 per square foot, the property at 180 E. Pearson Street is under square-foot rates at nearby prestige buildings like The Ritz Carlton Residences.
