Not only does a high-paid job provide one with a sense of financial security, it will also help one have a good lifestyle and enjoy a good social position. And most well-rewarding and appreciated occupations often help one gain appreciation from colleagues and society. In this post, we'll review a list of some of India's highest paying workers. Both the government and the private sectors belong to the professions listed in this article. Professional courses along with their respective professions have also been listed so that students can use these information and follow them.

LIST OF HIGHEST PAYING JOBS IN INDIA

Before I start the list, let me just mention a few really important points. In terms of salary, all the jobs listed in this article are well paying ones. But pay requirements that differ over time , depending on economic as well as other influencing factors of this nature. Also, in order to succeed in a particular field and receive enormous salary in that cycle, one has to be very good at that job. One must have skills necessary to help one thrive in that field. Another important aspect is the standard of the Institute from which one pursues a career-related professional path. Strong quality, reputed institutes ensure a good pay package right from the beginning. They provide a good base. Let's launch India's list of highly paying careers-

1 MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS

Doctors gain money in India. India's population is enormous. With this large population the number of health issues increases. In India, there is a very small ratio of doctors available per 1000 patients. While this is a matter of concern, it also means that doctors in India are getting a steady flow of patients (very true for urban areas, but somewhat compromised for rural areas).

Doctors, dentists, Ayurveda doctors, doctors at the BHMS or even physiotherapists could be medical professionals. Doctors who have done MBBS and followed it up with PG course and super speciality course earn the most among the roles mentioned above! Gone are the days when it was enough to start an MBBS Degree! This is the age of great specialties!

To earn well, after MBBS one must be willing to take on a lucrative and promising PG course Specialisation fields such as: Cardiology (branch dealing with heart disease), Gynaecology (branch dealing with women's reproductive system), Orthopaedics (branch dealing with skeletal system and diseases), Dermatology (branch dealing with skin), Pathology (branch dealing with organ and body testing for disease diagnosis), etc. will help to build a financially rewa .

2 MERCHANT NAVY JOBS

Merchant Shipping sector has also been known to provide its staff with decent pay packages. But the problem with the Merchant Navy sector is they are recruiting only the best men! Officer level posts in Merchant Navy come with high salary packages! Posts like- Marine Engineer, Navigation Officer, Electro Technical Officer, Captain etc. are work positions that are highly paying!

To land any of the above-mentioned job posts, one must pursue associated Maritime courses! For starters, you'll need to follow B.E./B.Tech if you want to become a Marine Engineer. Navy Technologies. Okay, there's a lot of ways to become a Marine Engineer. But the point is you have to go through a Maritime course that is important. One must also be physically and medically fit, in compliance with the rules set by Merchant Shipping.

If you are interested in careers in the Merchant Navy, you can go through this list of top Maritime courses. Merchant Navy suits those interested in leading an adventurous life and faring by the sea. One has to be ready to travel extensively and quickly adapt to different situations. Shipping industry will reward you with a good remuneration package for all this trouble!

Doctors can work in government / private hospitals or even start a private clinic of their own. How well a Doctor earns depends heavily on his / her abilities. There are doctors who, thanks to their Clinics, manage to rake in over 20 Lakh Rupees every month! On the other hand, there are doctors who work in private hospitals with salaries ranging from 30-50,000 rupees! On some degree, a Doctor's aptitude depends on the reputation of the Institute from which he / she is pursuing the course.

It's also well established that dentists earn good. Yet these days the world of dentistry has become very saturated. These days there are so many dentists plying their trade that the competition has increased. The well-known and well-established dentists still manage to pull in high pay, driving to the corner the marginal ones. As with MBBS, BDS Graduates do have to seriously consider pursuing PG course. It will allow them to scale the career ladder relatively quickly!

The area of specialisation has to be carefully chosen. Fields such as M.D.S. Period ontology, M.D.S. Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry, M.D.S. Oral Pathology and Microbiology, M.D.S. Prosthodontics, and Crown & Bridge will help one land a high-paid private hospital work.

Physiotherapy is another profession which will help one earn well (because one has the touch of healing and strong skills!). Effective physiotherapists are also in demand for activities such as rehabilitation following surgery, rehabilitation from bone-related illnesses etc.

3 ENGINEERS

It is an extremely saturated field. Nevertheless, depending on the branch you select and the standard of the Institution you are pursuing the course from, you can always end up landing a high paying job! The salary package would be perfect for students who graduate from institutes such as IITs, NITs and other famous ones such as BITS, Nirma University etc, irrespective of the division.

Professionals linked to other successful branches of engineering are highly regarded and are often in demand. Many of these divisions are-Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Core Engineering (Mechanical , Electrical, and Civil Engineering), Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, etc. Jobs associated with these branches are highly paid ones.

Heavily concentrated fields of engineering are information technology and computer science. And, due to recession, it also took a hit to pay packages associated with employment connected to those branches. Nevertheless, for students who have completed the above-mentioned branches from high-quality institutes, there is still demand and there is also a high salary package!

Emerging and relatively new branches of engineering such as genetic engineering, biotechnology , information technology in agriculture, etc., have enormous reach abroad. While these fields are still developing in India, after finishing the above-mentioned engineering courses, one will be able to find high-paid jobs abroad (especially in the research and development sector).

Most high paid positions are also awaiting government-sector Engineering Graduates. Some of these jobs are in organisations such as Indian Railways, DRDO, Indian Armed Forces, BHEL, SAIL, ONGC, ISRO, and so on.

In short, the world of engineering could have gotten saturated. But there are still many high paying jobs in India in this area. One can develop a rewarding career in government or private sector with the right skills, aptitude and college degree (from a good college).

One may even find work in government hospitals or start a private clinic, depending on one's aptitude and entrepreneurship skills. Speaking of careers related to MBBS and BDS, I don't want this country to be filled with hungry doctors' money! Just having money in mind, don't take up these occupations! Above money, healing patients and providing them with relief must be the focus!

5 CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

The role of Chartered Accountants is to keep track of large and small business financial affairs. Corporate residences have CAs in-house. Some business houses also employ CAs for tasks relevant to the audit and similar accounts.

Chartered Accountancy is usually thought to be designed for students on the Business line. Just as well as Arts stream graduates, the 12th Science stream can also follow this course and move into Chartered Accountancy profession, It is easier to start slow as in all work. But, in this market, there is enough room to achieve steady career growth. Professional CAs are well known on the market, and their contributions are well paid for.

Those that are good at numbers, have honesty and are sufficiently perseverant to go through the CA training module could be giving this course a go.

Thank You.
