For most college graduates, the worry is not that they can't find a job, but that they can't find a job that "suits" them. When it comes to what kind of job is "suitable" for you, it is natural to mention career planning and career choices. Everyone has potential, born in peace and death in distress, so don't be anxious in the face of stress, maybe this is just a little test of life for you, believe in yourself, everything can be handled well, you can go to Liangshan when you are in a hurry, heroes can be made in the times, the poor want to change, and people can be motivated only by pressure.

Most of the time, the only difference between whether a dream comes true or not is that some people never give up while others give up halfway.

Have you ever seen a small vendor selling cooked food in a minivan at a vegetable market or by the roadside? more than 10 years ago, Zhou Peng (formerly known as Zhou Fu), like them, stood on the street selling stewed duck, but the difference was that more than 10 years later, Zhou Peng shouted out a national chain brand-Zhou's Black Duck. In 2010, the grassroots entrepreneur even got the favor of capital: Zhou's Black Duck signed an investment cooperation agreement with Tiantu Venture Capital and received an injection of 60 million yuan from Tiantu Venture Capital.

From small business to business hall, how did he do it?

More than 10 years ago, 19-year-old Zhou Peng helped her eldest sister Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce run errands at the vegetable market on Mingxin Street in Wuhan. Get up in the middle of the night with stewed ducks, tidy up and load them in the morning, send ten or eight ducks to the hotel one by one, buy, kill and marinate them at noon, and check out at the hotel at six or seven o'clock in the evening. Sometimes I can't even eat at the end of the day. At that time, Zhou Peng's dream was to make money and change his poor life.

In 1995, Zhou Peng started his first business. He set up a stove next to her stewed vegetable workshop, cooked Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce in the open air and delivered goods to the hotel. This trick is actually imitating the owner of a soy sauce duck restaurant in Wenzhou. The boss of Wenzhou has a good business. He delivers goods to the hotel and can sell one or two hundred pieces a day. Zhou Peng knows very well that in terms of color, taste and popularity, the Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce he made must be a far cry from the "Wenzhou boss". So he played a trick and gave the Wenzhou owner's Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce as a sample to the hotel owner and supplied it to the hotel at a low price. But the fire could not be contained in the paper, and when the hotel owner found out that Zhou Peng was cheating, he cut off cooperation with him and refused to pay the previous account. The originally bad business became worse, and Zhou Peng was once caught in a crisis of lack of money.

In fact, most of the time, our success is forced out.

In order to keep the small business going, Zhou Peng specially bought back Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce, the boss of Wenzhou, for research. A hundred ducks tried it over and over again, but they always could not produce that taste. He also asked the spice owner for advice on the taste and efficacy of spices, borrowed ancient spice books to study them word for word, and finally found that native ducks have a long growth cycle, resistance to cooking, taste, and tight meat, and can achieve a very good taste. After overcoming the "technical difficulties", Zhou Peng's stewed duck came out of the pot with a crystal chocolate color, which became black after exposure and oxidation in the air, and the duck meat was sweet in spicy and unique. It took months to finally find an unforgettable taste. Small business can continue. But there is no cash to buy ducks, only on credit. At that time, a boss was willing to give him a credit of 16 yuan per duck, which was 2 yuan higher than that of others. To this day, Zhou Peng is still very grateful to the boss: if he were not willing to keep the business on credit, there would not be today's Zhou's Black Duck.

No one can see a rainbow without going through wind and rain, and no one can casually succeed.

In 2002, Zhou Peng cut in from the capital to open up a big market and slaughtered ducks worth 300000 yuan for going northward. As soon as the Spring Festival in 2003 was over, he pulled a cart of slaughtered ducks to Beijing. Unfortunately, he caught up with SARS. At that time, the government's management of poultry food stores was so strict that it was impossible for the business license to be approved. A month later, as soon as the spotlight of SARS was over, a sauce duck restaurant named Zhou's Black Duck finally opened. But operating without a license is scary every day. On the seventh day of business, what happened happened: the storefront was seized, 100, 000 or 200, 000 yuan worth of equipment was confiscated, and Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce's store was forcibly closed. Transport hundreds of thousands of yuan of ducks back to Wuhan Zhou Peng did not want to give up and went back to the warehouse where the frozen ducks were ready to open a shop again. But the next scene left him frustrated. There is something wrong with the freezing. The ducks are all spoiled. Zhou Peng was forced to give up all the frozen goods, and what was even more embarrassing was to spend thousands of yuan to clean up the spoiled ducks. When he entered Beijing, Zhou Peng ended up with a loss of 500000 yuan. Zhou Fu decided to make his own brand in 2006, which led to the later Zhou's Black Duck.

Stick to your career goals and implement them step by step, and you will be given all the time you want.

It is the persistence of quality that Zhou's Black Duck received a capital injection of 60 million yuan from Tiantu Venture Capital in 2010. Wang Cen, partner of Tiantu Venture Capital and director of Zhou's Black Duck, said that the difference between Zhou's Black Duck stores and rival franchise stores is that the sales profits of individual stores are much better than those of franchise stores, and the quality is also very stable. The financial situation of Zhou's Black Duck in the industry is also favored by venture capitalists. The income of direct stores belongs to themselves, while franchisees mainly charge franchise fees and food sales. The income of 50 franchise stores may not be as good as that of 5% 10 stores. The output of Zhou's Black Duck per store is three or four times the industry average.

Now Zhou's Black Duck has registered trademarks in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea, and trademarks in Europe and the United States are also being applied for, which is the first step in preparation for going abroad.

Define your career goals, plan your career, no matter what kind of setbacks you encounter in the process, don't give up, then you are not far from success. (the case in this article is referred to "short Story Network")
