Following the completion of the 2024 Indian Premier League match between the Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders, Shah Rukh Khan and Rishabh Pant exchanged passionate words.

Rishabh Pant, the captain of the Delhi Capitals, maintained his amazing comeback on Thursday, smashing his second consecutive half-century as the team lost to the Kolkata Knight Riders. Pant gave it his all as the Delhi Capitals defeated the two-time winners at Vizag by chasing an enormous mark of 273 runs. Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan attempted to cheer up the DC captain following the game, despite the fact that Pant's team was unable to reach the objective by an overwhelming margin of 106 runs. After the game, SRK and Pant had an open conversation on the field that moved the audience to tears.

Pant's incredible comeback to form just 14 months after he was in a near-fatal vehicle accident impressed SRK. As the two performers shared a lovely moment on the field, the Bollywood icon expressed his adoration for Pant.

After the game, Pant acknowledged that, with the club having won just one of its first four games in the IPL 2024 season, everyone on the team needed to come up and perform.

We should have performed better, and I feel like it was one of those days where we were just all over the place when it came to the ball. We discussed as a batting unit how to approach these games by going hard (after the target), believing that it is better to give it your all in an attempt to get the total than to not try. There are certain things you can control and some you cannot; you simply have to go with the flow. The venue was rather noisy, and there were problems with the screen as well as the inability to see the timer during non-DRS moments.

Speaking on his fitness and return, the wicket-keeper batsman remarked at the post-match presentation ceremony, "I am enjoying every single day. The superstar's Indian Premier League (IPL) team, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), won the Indian Premier League 2024 with a dominant performance on Wednesday. Now, King Khan can be seen supporting his co-owned IPL squad in a montage video posted on the KKR official Instagram account. The players put on quite a display for the Visakhapatnam fans. Wearing a purple shirt and a cap featuring the official KKR insignia, SRK is beaming as his team smashes the massive 272 goal that Delhi Capitals have set. The film Don's was paired with the video.

Another video that was posted by KKR's official Instagram page showed Shah Rukh Khan interacting with the players following the game. In addition to this, the superstar made it a point to provide his support to the Delhi Capitals team, who were defeated by KKR. A touching exchange between SRK and DC's Kuldeep Yadav, who was formerly a member of the KKR team, opens the video. The video then shows SRK conversing with Rishabh Pant, the captain of the Delhi Capitals. Following their conversation, the two gave each other hugs. Also visible is SRK congratulating KKR rookie Angkrish Raghuvanshi on reaching his first half-century.
