Being an entrepreneur might seem like one of the most liberating things in today's world. However, there are things that make this path as challenging as any other path, if not more. There are thousands of blogs and articles talking about how entrepreneurs lead their life, how they dress, what they eat, and everything in between.

While you can go through those articles and learn a thing or two about entrepreneurs, it is nothing like being face to face with an entrepreneur and getting to know about his/her daily life.

We are excited to let you know that we have had a short interview with one of the top entrepreneurs in the United States - Robert Del Grande. He is an e-commerce expert and there are so many things about him that make him one of the best entrepreneurs in the country.

He is the founder and CEO of AmazonAutomation.com, a company that handles Amazon stores for clients from all over the world. His vision with his company is to help as many store owners as possible.

1. Please tell us something about yourself.

My name is Robert Del Grande. I’m an e-commerce expert and the founder of Amazon Automation.

2. How did you get into the Amazon automation business? Please tell us more about your journey.

I had a dropshipping business back in 2019. Initially, it was difficult to scale up the business. I worked my way up and with multiple failures and a couple of successful business models, I finally found traction with Amazon automation business.

I opened Amazon Automation in 2019. The primary business model was running Amazon stores for clients. It was designed to generate passive income for clients. I scaled up the business, and in 2021, I started selling Amazon businesses to other "automation companies".

3. Coming to the personal aspects of your life, tell us something about your interests and hobbies.

Well, my hobbies are very inclined towards my business. I have been using the internet since I was a kid. I like to research and learn about businesses. I study business models of the most successful companies. I take notes on what I have learned and that is how I grow. Apart from that, I like to read up on entrepreneur biographies.

4. How do you spend your day?

I’m a very ritualistic person. I have my morning rituals which I strictly adhere to. I believe that rituals can bring drastic changes in your life. I have been very focused on growing my business and this shows in the way I spend my day. I spend the first couple of hours of my day working on my mental and physical health. The rest of the day is spent on planning and execution. I delegate tasks to my remote team. I reply to emails and do everything to keep myself productive.

5. How has your entrepreneurial journey been so far? Would you suggest a young person to follow this path?

For me, the journey has been tough and challenging. I guess it is the same with every other entrepreneur. However, now that I look back at the struggles, they all seem worth it. I have learned a lot from my experiences and it has helped me in my personal life as well.

For anyone who is just starting, my advice would be to understand the processes while doing the work. Do not spend too much time contemplating. Execution is the key to success in entrepreneurship. If you have a plan, go execute the plan. You can learn stuff along the way.
