How to make yourself employable?

Sometimes, we could not get the expected result from our effort. The reason is that maybe some kind of dearth is present in our effort as well. In this context, we can expect that our effort should be fructified by eliminating our dearths over time. Moreover, when you apply for a job, then sometimes you could not get the job despite having your capability also. It happens due to the lack of elements like skill, mindset, network, versatility, and others in your character to make yourself employable to the employer as well. It is observed that sometimes, you will see that the prerequisite quality of employability may not easily available in your character also. It happens due to the negative impact of your conscious or subconscious mind. But, surely, it destroys the chance of getting a job in a hard time. Moreover, you should keep in mind that if you have all elements of employability in your personality, then you will have a greater chance to get a job and also able to stand in the crowd as well. 

Skill

We born with a little amount of skill in our bodies. More precisely speaking is that this kind of skill will first help us to learn to speak, walk, and recognize our parents. Therefore, steadily and surely start transforming our body into a fully grown human character. Still, we don't have enough skill at the primordial phase of our life to operate our life smoothly. So that we move forward as we procure our skills as time passes as well. For the case of employability, you will need some specific pattern of skill for getting a job. Generally, human skills are two types. One is a hard skill and another is a soft skill. As far as hard skill is concerned, it is earned through a lot of trials and errors and it is not easily accessible to anyone. Rather, you can say that it is a dormant one. The reason is that it is not easily accessible to anybody. Rather, it is not floating on the front of our eyes as well. Initially, it is very difficult to find its source and need elaborate searching.

But in the case of soft skill which is easily visible on the front of our eyes. This kind of skill needs only nurturing and caring. So that it could immediately appear on the surface also. For strong employability, you will need both hard skills and soft skills. But you have to ascertain the right skill for your employability proof. Moreover, you have to make some analysis of your physical and mental setup as well. It can be done through the psychology test and handwriting analysis also. Both the analysis will give you accurate measurement about your employability. Even, you will get to know which is the best profession for you and how you will perform according to your skill which is natural and easily accessible to you also. Even, it is shown that skill always works as a starter for any work engagement. Because it ignites the inner urge to start a job with immediate effect.

As far as skill is concerned, sometimes you will find that your present skill is not enough updated according to the present job situation, then you should upskill your current skill or generate a new skill for your career. Moreover, the upskill procedure may be time-consuming for your employability proof. But you should select the right one according to your ability and agility as well. You should know that any kind of skill has wear and tears also. Therefore, you will need to look after it with a careful mind. The reason is that skill sometimes maybe breakable due to the inclement atmosphere in the working environment. So that a careful mind always needs to prevent it from the untimely demise as well. It is a vital proposition for your career development. The reason is that your mindset will transform any bad situation into an opportunistic situation if you set your mind in a positive mode. Moreover, you should keep in mind that your mindset will be developed when you will attach yourself to a positive environment. For this context, you will have to create your surrounding with the positive vibes which will cater positivity in your mind as well. Versatility

There was a time when a person can survive with one profession. But nowadays, it will not be applicable. Because versatility has been taken its place in the present time. Moreover, more you are versatile, more your employability will rise. Even, you will able to stand tall in the crowd in a hard time as well. Practically, it will help you to get a job easier for you. The reason is that no job is secure and permanent. So that you have to make your mind is such a way you could get a job when you are in need. Indeed, we never understand how to make ourselves as a versatile one. But it is an immediate need for everyone. In the coming time, we have to prepare ourselves for it. Therefore we will able to survive in the adversity. Suppose, you are a programmer as it is your prime profession, but suddenly you lost your job. Therefore, you will be nowhere unless you don't have a secondary profession for you. But if you are already prepared your secondary profession over time and keep it for as a contingency requirement, then it will help you a lot in the time when you need most. 

Network

Without a network, your employability will suffer. Because without the network your employability will not reach to the people from the job community. Actually, it works like an information gateway for you where you will get the news about the people and current events from the job community. More your network increases, more your chance for your employability also. But one thing you have to keep in mind that your network should be filled with a pool of positive vibes which will ultimately help you to get a job at a difficult time as well. 

In the end, your employability will come on the surface of the job world when you will able to invite the attention of the employers in the bigger way and also you will able to establish your employability in the right direction.
