One thing that happened in my life is that I focused on my work deeply and neglect the relationship that play an important role in my life. But at the same time, you need to focus on your work and keep in contact with your relatives which is necessary for to you find a healthy work balance.

This thing is in my childhood when I went to school lonely at most, I did not find any true relationships I have spend a lot of my spare time alone with myself. Now in this way, I become my friend and I can have a little bit of fun with myself and spend a lot of time caring for myself. My advice is that if you want a better life then you need to become your friend instead of depending upon people.
