Google India has posted new tech openings for its Hyderabad office. Check out these 3 new tech hiring opportunities.

1. Corporate Operations Engineer, Contact Center Platform

Qualifications:- 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. Experience in troubleshooting issues for two or more operating systems (e.g. Linux, Mac, etc.). 3. Experience in troubleshooting with applications and in a networked environment. 4. Experience in IT Asset Management, Technical Troubleshooting, PLX, Network Operations, Customer Support Operations, Technical Support Operations, Chrome OS

Skills required:- 1. Experience providing infrastructure/technical support and solutions for high-profile internal customers. 2. Deep understanding in three or more of the following within IT Operations: Troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS, Unix, Chrome OS, Networking, Scripting, and Automation, or Application troubleshooting. 3. Good understanding of process implementation & Documentation 4. Understanding of IT change management best practices will be desired but not mandatory 5. Excellent SQL Scripting

Responsibilities:- 1. Act as a lead for Day to Day support function which includes broad level analysis of issues and provide support and mitigation plan 2. Use insights gained through direct support feedback to advocate for users, working with partner teams to identify problematic user journeys and prioritize solutions. 3. Lead vendor teams based in multi regions to coordinate support processes and resolution of incidents 4. Develop scripts, tools, processes, or solutions to proactively prevent problems, improve contact center agent productivity and automate recurring tasks as part of longer-term and global service improvements . 5. Participate in or lead IT projects, ensuring that projects are designed and planned well, focusing on delivering a solution or technical improvement.

2. Display and Programmatic Specialist

Qualifications:- 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. 5 years of experience in account management and programmatic media. 3. 5 years of experience with managing digital advertising campaigns, including experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (GDA and DV360). 4. Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Skills required:- 1. Experience with the display ecosystem of ad networks, first and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations, and Google display ad buying delivery and measurement platforms. 2. Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video. 3. Ability to demonstrate the measurable impact of campaign strategy and to deliver customer-focused results in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to quickly complete large volumes of high-quality work. 5. Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.

Responsibilities:- 1. Operationalize Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360 campaign management, and deliver sophistication in media activation and campaign management for a portfolio of Advertisers/Agencies. 2. Be responsible for customer-level audits and needs assessments; analyze campaign management strengths/weaknesses and areas of opportunity to grow partner proficiency in Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360. 3.Act as a thought leader in introducing and driving new/advanced optimization and campaign management approaches on Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360. 4. Conduct ongoing media performance strategy management with trading leads agencies; work with them to illuminate partner-level insights around how optimization could be improved. 5. Collaborate effectively with vendors and in-market sales teams to drive growth plans of our large advertisers; develop and apply knowledge of the market for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.

3. Data Analyst, Chrome Security, Trust and Safety

Qualifications:- 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 2. 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: security research, risk and fraud investigations, or operations management. 3. Experience in data and analytics i.e. handling multiple datasets (using SQL, Python) and visualizing web-scale datasets for executive presentations.

Skills required:- 1. Experience with fraud risk management and investigations, Internet advertising, or e-commerce. 2. Experience with fraud, threat analysis, and/or security working as part of a Security/Privacy team on data protection and user trust for an internet company. 3. Ability to identify workflow pain points and optimize or scale processes. 4. An understanding of web development languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)

Responsibilities: - 1. Investigate fraud and abuse incidents by identifying trends and/or extensions that violate the Chrome Web Store policies. 2. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to innovate and automate abuse fighting via launch of security features, tooling enhancement and/or defining of new signals. 3. Design processes, monitor and report on workflow performance, and implement initiatives to drive improvements. 4. Support scaled operations by acting as the main point of contact for issues that impact workflows (owning identification, escalation, and resolution) and contributing to key activities such as training, certification, workflow allocation and performance reviews. 5. Facilitate and manage projects, working closely with Google engineers, product managers and vendor operations to define and track project milestones and timelines.
