What You’ll Achieve

Focusing on enabling Windows OS/Linux/3rd Party Applications on all Dell Client platforms. Responsible for launching Windows OS Linux/3rd Party Applications on Dell platforms on time on quality with best customer experience. Manage a HW enablement team: Deep engineering involvement in partner’s technologies, thorough understanding of design and support of Windows kernel, driver and application. Technically savvy, to engage in design and architectural discussions. Deliver products to scope, schedule and quality to have best customer experience.

You Will

• Work closely with Technologists and product management to define feasibility of product features
• Encourage process and product innovation and drive efficiency
• Engage in resolving key issues that impact the team or the product
• Report status to senior management. Set performance goals and perform performance reviews/appraisals
• Mentor/Coach team members to identify and achieve their career goals and Hire and retain talent

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership skills in working with extended engineering teams
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Solid knowledge on Windows/Linux framework, driver, App and etc
