one day a man came to see him and said joe my mind is veritably disturbed numerous studies keeps coming to my mind all the time please give me some Mantra to reduce the studies of the Mind zen master looked at him and said my friend you start doing contemplation every day by doing contemplation sluggishly and sluggishly your mind will start to calm down but the man said joe please do not tell meditate indeed further studies starts to come to my mind and utmost of the studies me to do contemplation I can not do contemplation because also I try to are negative which makes my mind more Restless the Zen master said do not worry son it happens in the original stage of contemplation but by rehearsing contemplation sluggishly and sluggishly your mind will start to calm down but the man said joe contemplation isn't my mug of tea you please give me some Mantra to calm down my mind the Zen master saw that this man is not going to understand like this also he said okay if you contend also I give you a mantra which can calm your mind also he rumored a mantra in his observance and said you have to recite this Mantra by sitting alone every day the man got veritably happy and said thanks master I'll surely recite this Mantra every day as he was about to turn back to leave the Zen master said but flash back one thing do not suppose of a monkey while reciting this mantra else Mantra will come in effective the man said joe why would I suppose of a monkey I've noway allowed

why zen master gave me this instruction if he knew that monkey was a trouble also he shouldn't have mentioned it no other beast is coming to my mind and monkeys aren't living the man caught up he took bath changed to Fresh clothes and again settle on in a room to chantmantra as soon as he closed his eyes Monk Is warnaging him thou were each around him warnaging him they were each around him wherever he looked he'd see monkeys by night he indeed started seeing monkeys in the face of his family members man was going frenetic the more he was trying to ignore monkeys the further monkeys were coming to his mind by morning he was nearly frenetic coming morning heran back to the Jen about monkey and now my mind is fully filled with studies of master and told him everything and said joe what kind of Mantra you have given me till history I had noway allowed
monkeys and monkeys aren't leaving me reciting Mantra do not do anything the man sat down relaxed and stopped reciting mantra indeed for a alternate please help me and free my mind off these monkeys zen master said okay just relax and stop he was surprised that now there was no study of monkey everything went to normal also zen master said you see my friend I just wanted to tell you about the nature of our mind noway try to fight with your mind just as the more you press the the more it'll jump in the same way the more you try to suppress your mind the more it'll come stronger be calm launch watching the studies of the mind and you'll find that your mind will gradationally come calm automatically and to watch your mind you need to do if we see in our lives we will find that contemplation our mind is just like a monkey which keeps jumping then and there all the time senselessly if you want to stop this monkey mind strongly also you will not be suitable to do this like the more you try to press his clunk the more it'll jump also the more you try to stop the studies of your mind the more those studies will come to your mind expert says that a mortal mind creates anything between 36 000 to 80 000 studies in a day if you'll try to stop these studies strongly also you will not be suitable to stop them rather the very trouble to stop it gives it energy the very trouble to avoid it becomes attention when you start to avoid commodity you start paying too important attention to it thus there's no need to stop studies only thing you need to do is to watch your studies unattached in our routine life generally we aren't suitable to watch our studies but in contemplation you can fluently do it thus you need to exercise contemplation to substantiation your mind some people witness that when they start contemplation more studies start to come to their mind but the reason behind it's that when we start planning the old prints start planning the old prints hidden in our mind start to erupt just like if you clean your house also all the scrap comes out also when you start planning all the scrap of the mind starts coming out and you'll start having further studies but you need not to worry about it and keep watching your studies on a test and continue your contemplation practice.
