6. Address Proof of the Company

7. Digital Signature (DSC)

NOTE: Utility Bills shall include GAS Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Mobile Bill/ Electricity Bill anyone of the following Utility Bills can be which should not be older than 2 months from the date of filing of the documents to the MCA.

If the place of business is on Rent or Lease, then in such a case It is mandatory to attach lease agreement or rent agreement as the case may me. Also, it is to be noted that if the property is not in the name of promoter and it is not rented or lease that in such as case you can attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner to the effect that he has no objections if premise is being used as a registered office of the company.
