Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall an industry experience of 6+ years in the Digital space along with Drupal Experience of 3+ years minimum,
- Act as architect /lead dev on Drupal 8 projects (2 years),
- Live references of projects will be welcome, Manage a team of developers (2 years).
- Drupal Skills: Custom module development, Core or Contribution of significant contributor and Custom entities management
- Complex Drupal Architecture experience and External services consumption (PIM / DAM / ERP)
- Multilingual, Multisites, BLT, Caching strategy and Solr 7

- Docker / Virtualization
- GitLab and Pipeline
- New Relic
- DB Optimization
- Memcache / OPCache

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and magical
- Tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for billions of customers around the world (novice to expert)
- At each stage, must anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.
- You will use your expertise in application development to evaluate and select development methods, processes, standard methodologies and tools

Food for thought indeed. There is a mighty fine line between "AI is taking our jobs" as a downright conspiracy theory, to something that is true and proven in some (if not many) occupations; from cashiers to illustrators, and robotic surgery to name, let alone robot lawyers for real. Furthermore, this article is not designed to create more fear and uncertainty than what is already circulating in the cosmos, but rather to view AI and the world of work from a different perspective.

High Rise, Deep Impact
I have witnessed a death that I relive every time I step into an elevator. Although it no longer affects me as deeply—given that it's been 11 years since the incident—it remains a heart- rending memory from my first and last day as a paramedic. My initial call to the scene involved a man who seemed to have fallen down the elevator shaft of a high-rise building. Alternatively, it might have been that the elevator moved upwards while he was working on it. Different scenarios were being considered when I arrived.
