Product management, sales, business development teams, account managers, merchant support, delivery experience, Business Analysts, and product management teams are all looking for an associate in the category management domain to help address specific business issues for Amazon Food. The associate will also work towards the development of the Amazon Marketplace. During your tenure with Amazon Food, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with prominent national and international food brands that have multiple locations in multiple cities, assisting them in scaling their operations on Amazon and assisting in establishing industry standards for customer experience for Amazon Food.

Description:

• You can identify high-impact restaurants and menu gaps on Amazon Food and then fill in the gaps using the Amazon Food API.

• To fill in the gaps on Amazon Food orders, collaborate with internal and external sales teams.

• Document the Processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that should be developed appropriately.
• Review and make recommendations to the team on any SOP changes that may be required due to feedback from stakeholders.
• Preparing a better consumer experience requires reviewing the catalog for content quality by pre-defined rules and collaborating with internal teams to fix any issues.
