1. Reflect on a moment when you felt really overwhelmed with emotion. Describe what happened, what you were feeling, and how you dealt with those feelings.

2. Think about a time when you experienced a major life change (positive or negative). How did you feel during that time, and how did you cope with those emotions?

3. Write about a person or situation that triggers a strong emotional response in you. What is it about that person/situation that affects you so deeply, and how do you manage those feelings?

4. When was the last time you felt really proud of yourself? Describe what you accomplished, why it made you feel proud, and how you celebrated that achievement.

5. Think about a time when you felt misunderstood or unseen by others. How did that experience affect you emotionally, and what did you do to address those feelings?

6. Write about a relationship (romantic or otherwise) that has been challenging for you. What emotions does this relationship bring up for you, and what steps have you taken to navigate those feelings?

7. When was the last time you felt a sense of joy or wonder? What were the circumstances surrounding that experience, and what did you learn from it?

8. Think about a time when you felt betrayed or let down by someone you trusted. What emotions did you experience as a result, and how did you work through those feelings?

9. Write about a time when you felt really lost or uncertain about your path in life. How did that experience affect you emotionally, and what steps did you take to find clarity or direction?

10. When was the last time you felt really connected to someone else? Describe the circumstances of that connection, and how it made you feel emotionally.

11. Think about a time when you felt jealous or envious of someone else. What emotions did you experience as a result, and how did you cope with those feelings?

12. Write about a situation where you had to confront someone about something that was bothering you. How did you feel leading up to the confrontation, and what was the outcome of that conversation?

13. Think about a time when you felt really vulnerable or exposed. How did that experience affect you emotionally, and what did you do to take care of yourself afterwards?

14. Write about a time when you felt really grateful for something or someone in your life. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you express your gratitude?

15. Think about a time when you felt really scared or anxious. How did you cope with those feelings in the moment, and what did you do to calm yourself down?

16. Write about a time when you felt really empowered or in control. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you harness that sense of empowerment in other areas of your life?

17. Think about a time when you felt really disappointed or let down by yourself. How did that experience affect you emotionally, and what steps did you take to learn from that experience?

18. Write about a time when you felt really challenged or pushed outside of your comfort zone. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you grow as a result?

19. Think about a time when you felt really nostalgic for a past experience or period in your life. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you process those feelings?

20. Write about a time when you felt really inspired or motivated by someone or something. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you channel that motivation into action?

21. Think about a time when you felt really conflicted about a decision you had to make. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you ultimately make a choice?

22. Write about a time when you felt really supported by someone else. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you express your gratitude?

23. Think about a time when you felt really angry or frustrated. How did you cope with those feelings in the moment, and what did you do to address the source of your anger or frustration?

24. Write about a time when you felt really proud of someone else. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and how did you express your admiration?

25. Think about a time when you felt really lonely or isolated. What emotions did that experience bring up for you, and what did you do to seek connection or support?
