The Kardashians and their followers reportedly worry that Kourtney would leave the venerable reality series after welcoming her and her husband Travis Barker's child.

According to reports, the 44-year-old creator of POOSH has raised concerns that she would leave the Hulu and Disney+ show after she and Travis have their fourth kid, a boy.

According to sources, the mother of four wants to take a break from her professional obligations when she brings her new bundle of joy, and tension between she and sister Kim Kardashian may possibly be a factor.
