When you are at work, you can only do you’re best because that is all you have to give or do, then it is time for a prayer to help keep you going and always trust in the Lord to help those who help themselves, ask for the nerve to ask for help if needed, you never know, you might just get it.

Every business has its problems, it is just a fact that how you, as a person will deal with those problems, and how that business owner cares, or the hired management cares, you as a person cares about the surrounding people to help them care or plan to just deal with the situation, until you get to a position of rank to show the dead-end company that you care enough to get rid of the deadwood and get people who will make the company grow for the better, which would make everybody happy, have better pay, a lot better conditions, no more demands, just plane profits, profit sharing, everybody wins finally. Oh and, I forgot the customers are happy too. God’s happy too.

If it does not work out sometimes you just, move on and find another job, and let the company die. Sometimes the company is not doing the correct business practices and they need to die and go bankrupt and change their name and move on. that has happened to me 18 times, I have gained so much experience watching companies go under, just to improve their stocks, just to gain a small amount of profit while killing so many jobs and all the families get desrupted, It is very hard to find a good job with so much competition to deal with, friends you were working with, also trying to impress managers who do not care or supervisors who do not care or personnel managers who do not care, they just fill the amount of bodies they need and the rest wait in another line for another job, but sometimes you get lucky and you find a company that does care a lot, so you have nothing but improvements, to get promoted, and have great pay, and all the benefits, then you forget that other company and try to improve the company your at now, the company wants to be a bright star, and you help them with that goal, together the team can do great things, the company can receive a great customer base, then do what other companies do not want to do, expand and thrive and go worldly or globel, the world is your friends for life, now try to keep your custumer base, and be the best company you can be, and make the company have family values incorpated and oreinted into the company.

Then the company can show people that this company is the best to work for because this company has the best conditions everybody cares like a giant family and instead of competing with each other, we work together to help each other, which makes the company better, or the best all together, when a department gets behind or back-logged, another department that is caught-up can help that department get caught-up too, and everybody is happy, and the work gets done and done correctly, all the persons involved with the company are happy with the job, the raise in income for doing a good job, when you go on vacation you want to come back and continue with the job, and always try to improve what the company is doing, to make a great or fantastic reputation for everybody to see, and everybody will see that the company is doing very well, and everybody wants to work there. when people are happy their family is happy too, a better life for all.
