The story begins in the late 1800s when a family purchased a doll from a traveling salesman. The doll was made of porcelain and had a serene, peaceful expression. The family's young daughter, Elizabeth, immediately fell in love with the doll and named it Isabella.

However, it wasn't long before strange things started happening in the house. The family would wake up in the middle of the night to find the doll had moved on its own, sometimes to a completely different room. They could hear a faint whispering coming from the doll, but could never make out the words.

As time went on, the family began to feel uneasy around the doll. They would catch glimpses of it moving out of the corner of their eyes, but when they turned to look, it would be completely still. The doll's eyes seemed to follow them around the room, no matter where they went.

Eventually, the family decided to get rid of the doll. They sold it to a local antique shop, hoping to be rid of the eerie presence in their home.

But the doll had other plans. It didn't take long for the shop's owner to start experiencing strange occurrences. The doll would move on its own, and the shopkeeper would hear the same faint whispering that the family had heard.

Eventually, Sarah's parents took the doll away and locked it in the attic. They hoped that by keeping it out of sight, they could protect their daughter from the doll's evil influence.

But the doll was not content to stay hidden. It started to manipulate Sarah's dreams, causing her to have nightmares about the doll coming to life and attacking her.
