A Shadow of her Former Self
It all started when my wife died eight months ago. Susan was everything to me. We had been together since high school, and it had been love at first sight. We married after graduation and had spent eighteen years together in wedded bliss. I worked as a writer, finding jobs in editing or column writing, Susan working as a receptionist for a friend of my mother. We spent a lot of time together, my days spent mostly waiting for her to come home. I lived for the moments when we were sitting in front of the TV together or curled together in bed as we talked about our day. We never had children, though it wasn’t for a lack of trying. I was afraid she would leave me when she discovered I was infertile, I’d been injured when I was small, but she just smiled and said we would just have to be satisfied with each other.

The Theft of Innocence
Ten-year-old Lily had always been a dreamer. Nights were spent soaring through cotton-candy clouds on the back of a giant owl, while days were filled with adventures in her makeshift pirate ship constructed from the living room sofa. But lately, a shadow had begun to creep into her dreams, replacing the pastel hues with a chilling monochrome. The whispers started subtly, a faint rustling like leaves dancing in the wind, only to be dismissed as the remnants of overactive imagination.

The Whispering Woods
Introduction: In the heart of the dense, dark forest, there is a place known only as the Whispering Woods. Legend had it that those who entered never returned the same, if they returned at all. It was said that the trees themselves whispered secrets to those who dared to listen, secrets that drove men mad or lured them into the depths of the forest, never to be seen again.

The Abandoned Mansion. Content Warning.
In the middle of night, when the moon was low and the woodland was cloaked in fog, a lone wanderer came across an abandoned mansion nestled amid the trees. Its once-grand facade had become decrepit and frightening, with windows boarded up like the eyes of a long-forgotten phantom. Ignoring the wind's warnings, the traveler pushed open the groaning gate and entered, attracted by an unfathomable force.

Last Day . Content Warning.
As the morning begins, Sven slowly rises from his slumber. He groans in sync with the creaking of the bed springs. "Aahh shit. I don't know what's louder, the cracking of these old bones or this damn bed." He mutters to himself. Noises emanating from his joints and other body parts should be no surprise considering that Sven is the ripe old age of 76. After a few more grunts, pops and muffled slurs he is out of bed. Hobbling to the kitchen for the second chore of the early morning routine. Sven grabs the glass coffee pot from the top left cabinet. Old and faded, that is what can best describe the cabinet along with everything else in the house. The condition of his surroundings perfectly reflects the condition of Sven. As he lifts the rusty faucet handle a loud rumble echoes throughout the house, followed by a sputter that produces brown foul smelling liquid that has no right to be described as water. "Son of a bitch!

AKU DAN SOSOK MISTERIUS
My name is Fahmi, I was 13 years old at that time. At that time I had an interest in one of the sports fields in my country, Indonesia, namely pencak silat. I chose the largest pencak silat organization in my country, namely, PERSAUDARAAN SETIA HATI TERATE or commonly known as PSHT. When I first started practicing silat I felt very happy. However, there was a very strong feeling at that time, because my training place was in one of the village fields close to the public cemetery. I can feel the very cold wind. However, it still felt warm because there were many friends who were just like me participating in the silat training. Day after day I spent in that practice. I went through level after level of practice. For 3 years I was trained very well by my trainer named MAS BAGUS. Until I reached the end of the training level, namely small white belt. I felt a very great aura there. I felt like there were many people present right behind me. But no one was behind me. There were only 4 people there including my coach, bro, good guy. Then I started to work up the courage to ask my coach.
