The hero, a criminal and hoodlum, is a man who has been living in a little, far-off town called "Derapur" for a couple of days. He is drawn to the wonderful young lady by the waterway and isn't embarrassed about his magnificence. He isn't embarrassed about his qualities, as owners of these characteristics used to discreetly have dull existences and afterward pass on.

The hero is gotten some information about his experience and what he does, and he shares that he is a dependent criminal and hoodlum. He has been engaged with a gathering of hoodlum young men who grabbed ladies' totes and took off and stole from the abandoned roads. They have become criminals of an enormous area.

At some point, while strolling on the bank of the waterway, he sees her long mat of thick hair towards him. He gradually strolls past her, and she is lost in obscure considerations. He understands that she is lovely, however she strolls past him without checking him out.

The hero chooses to see somebody engaging in the forsaken town of "Derapur," which is a long way from the city and has not many houses with televisions. In the wake of committing a major occurrence in their city, the hero and four companions escaped to better places, sharing cash and picking places far away from the city with negligible offices. In his piece of "Derapur," the hero winds up endlessly exhausted without any leisure activities.

In the rotted, old town, the hero leases a room in an old structure recorded on the primary entryway as 1912. The structure was worked in 1912 and is loaded up with wooden steps, finished glass, and night. The hero is keen on the young lady and desires to consistently be seen by her. She begins seeing him routinely, and he becomes cheerful when she shows a weak grin all the rage.

The hero needs to accomplish his objective of strolling around the roads of "Derapur" for not an obvious explanation, so he can make individuals dubious. He lets individuals know that he is to some degree sick and has come to take a promise not to get back until he is completely recuperated. Individuals of powerless confidence request promises, and the hero lets everybody know that he is to some degree sick and won't get back until he is completely recuperated.

Individuals in the town are benevolent and even appeal to God for his recuperation. The hero wins a bet and is presently holding on to play the game. He has never lost a bet and is searching for a chance to converse with the young lady.

Notwithstanding, the hero finds that his motivation can't be satisfied where he is remaining, as there are many little rooms occupied by families, and the overseer of the structure snoozes front of his entryway. The hero is uncertain of where to go to track down the young lady, as there is no inn or exercise room nearby.

An open door comes when he finds a house composed on the disintegrating brow of the house, expressed "Ratna Manzil 1908." The house is situated on the banks of the waterway, and the windows and bay windows of the house are covered with blossoms and birds. The hero is passed on to ponder where he will find the young lady and how he will see as her.

"Be that as it may, who? Everybody living here is familiar with it. There will be an unfortunate outsider. We should double-lock. pick up the pace. Somebody got the lock and fixed it again on the entryway of "Ratna Manzil.".
