Lochness Monster strikes!

This is a fictional story based off the Lochness Monster legend.

We cannot truly determine whether or not the events that we are about to share really happened or not, only that many have previously sighted The Lochness Monster for themselves, and that this is supposedly one of those treacherous sightings. This is the tale of Captain Fitzgerald and his crew of five, who all ventured out on a fishing expedition in the middle of Lochness, during the summer of 1963. It was a rainy evening, despite the time of year. The heat was incredible, so the air had gotten damp and humid, resulting in a terrifying thunderstorm, that the fisherman found themselves in. Filthy water, spat up at them from deep below, they thought it was the wind, but apparently something much larger and fierce was hiding beneath the waves. The crew were freezing, as thunder struck in the far distance and rain drenched them completely.

It was young Jonathan Crane who first witnessed the terrifying beast, he saw green, rough fins like that of a whale, beneath the murky depths of Lochness lake.

"Sir, sir!" He cried to his captain, Mac Fitzgerald.

"What is it, boy!" Mac roared in temper, for Jonathan was quite incompetent and constantly needed help, "can't you see we're fighting a storm here?!" Mac said.

"Yes sir, but there is a monster you see, beneath the water!"

"Cut it out, boy!" Mac smacked Jonathan across the face, knocking him out of the way, "this is no time for jokes!"

"It is not a joke!" Whined Jonathan, as he ran off to help his other crew mates. It wasn't long until the young lad's tales rang true, as several green tentacles shot from under the water and danced threatening in the cold air.

"I can't believe my eyes!" Sammy cried, pointing at the hideous monstrosities that surrounded them all.

"See, I told you Mac, I wasn't lying to ya, there really is a horrifying sea beast!" Jonathan yelled. Yet the captain just stood there, speechless and petrified, as one of these tentacles darted for him instantly. The man was pierced right through his chest, blood squirted everywhere, mixing in with the rain.

"Jesus Christ!" Eric yelled, cowering in fear.

"Our captain is dead!" Screamed Sammy.

"We've got to fight back!" Jonathan ordered, grabbing several hooks and spears.

The crew onboard were soon to come face to face with the giant Loch Ness Monster itself, survivors of this tale described the beast to be as hideous as sin. It was an all green reptile creature, with the face of a dragon and fangs that could cut steel. It's eyes were a lit with hunger and wrath, glinting an eerie yellow. Bones protruded from it's skin, sticking out into sharp points. It was like nothing they had ever seen before, yet far more terrifying than any of them could've possibly imagined. It shrieked a thunderous roar, so loud it was deafening and so fierce it shot shock waves beneath the water, almost capsizing the boat with it's sheer prowess! The crew held on for dear life, but Eric and Sammy soon befell a horrifying fate. Eric's head was bitten off by the head of Lochness Monster, blood splattered everywhere as his once handsome face became an utter mess of gory mush. His headless body fell limp and overboard into the murky depths below. Sammy cowered, screaming in terror, it was like the beast itself could smell his fear, striking with a grin upon it's grotesque face, eyes a lit like fire!

He was also thrown overboard, Jonathan ran over to reach out to save him, only the poor man was already being eaten alive before his very eyes.

Now only Jonathan and Benjamin remained, both men scrambled to the Wheel House of the ship. Here Benjamin would pilot the ship to shore, while Jonathan bravely fought on the sea monster with nothing but a harpoon gun and loose hooks to throw at it.

What seemed to be an impossible task, was somehow accomplished as the Lochness Monster eventually eased up and allowed the two fishermen to escape. The two survivors couldn't tell you why it fled, perhaps it did not wish to reveal itself to the public, somehow knowing it would not last long, if the whole world knew of it's existence. Maybe it already had enough humans to feast on, so chasing two more seemed pointless. Whatever truly happened on that fateful night, we will likely never know the actual truth.
