Hellbound
Stacy was an easy one to possess. She was young, only nine years old when I took over her. Usually the soul puts up a fight and struggles, but not her. I was surprised. She just surrendered without contest. This will make the job easy, I thought to myself.

Kill Screen
She walked up to the front door of Adelardo's Pizza just as the men were unloading the new addition. It had been years since she'd seen an authentic arcade cabinet, let alone a vintage one like this – original panels judging by the decades of scuffs and whacks by impatient brats. They moved the machine into a corner between the big window facing the street and a row of booths and returned it to life with a snap of sparks.

AK Type End Of The World Scenario. SCP Containment Breach.
The trodding of heavy boots comes from all around the little cave SCP-682 and SCP-053. 682 is primed and ready to fight, while 053 is doodling on his side. Commands and orders come from outside and ring in the cave. Everybody seems tired, panicked, but there is a note of readiness, like the soldiers from the SCP Foundation are used to this. After all, it's been 2 months since the breach in Site 9. 682 lets out a low-pitched growl, and 053 strokes the little hair that is left since their last encounter. 682 turns its massive head around and nuzzles her in the stomach. 053, or The Girl, giggles and pats its head.

The First House
The tears came in tandem with the stinging of the wound, the frantic fumbling of fester-some fingers upon the ragged jagged edge prompting it to shriek! Eric prodded at it with his tissue, whimpering as the ugly snarl of his own flesh defied him, screamed at him in a voice of sharp and shooting scorn! Yet, as he fidgeted with his wound, his mortality leaking over his young fingers, nothing unsettled him more than the deafening absence of the room before him. The room yawned and stretched and creaked like something waking. Something so impossibly old and so impossibly inhuman. Whatever fate he had avoided by entering this house, he wondered if it was perhaps preferable to spending another second in the oppression of its maw. Walls that had from the outside seemed small enough simply to hide him from his pursuers now had seemingly swallowed him whole. They towered and tunneled into the oppressive dark, arching over one another, framing him beneath a blanket of shadows that rested upon the dark wood floor like slumbering beasts. Eric stumbled to his feet and gasped a ragged breath, though no stranger to running he was not best suited to the exertion.

Whispers in The Void
CHAPTER ONE: JUST A BOOK. “Adella, honey! Come down here please.” My mom screamed from downstairs. I did not want to leave the comfort of this attic; I was happy here. I spend most of my time reading books or searching for new books to read. The characters feel more like family to me than my parents do. Sad, I know, but when you grow up with a pile of books looking after you, it’s sort of hard to see things otherwise. “Adella! I am not going to ask again, come down here!” Mom screamed again. I closed my book, and headed downstairs to see what all the fuss was about. “Finally, for goodness sakes Adella, I have been calling your name for at least 15 minutes! What on God’s earth were you doing up there?” “I was reading mom, sorry.” She always does this, she screams my name and asks what I was doing, like the answer will ever change. “I wanted to ask you a very important question.” “What is it?” I replied confidently, but I was honestly very scared, she never asks me anything important. It’s always, “What are you doing” “What would you like for dinner” or “How was your day?” Never important things.

Movie Review: 'Saw 5' Still Scary and Violent After All These Years
In my review of Saw 2 I said that Jigsaw wasn't immortal. I was wrong. No, he doesn’t rise from the dead but through his unending game, his work, his philosophy, and teaching, he is far from gone. As we wend our way toward Saw 6, the final in my series of Saw reviews, Saw 5 sets the table for the Jigsaw philosophy to live forever. Saw 5 is not as carefully thought out as Saw movies that came before it. It is however as suspenseful and surprising as any of the Saw movies and that goes a long way.
