Jack the Ripper terrorized the white chapel district from August 1888 to November 1888. He's murders started in August 1888. Jack started killing people in the London white chapel district. His kill count was five people. His target was mostly prostitutes in the area. Back then prostitution was very common, due to few job opportunities for women, so it was easy for him to find targets. In one of his killings, he removed the women's left kidney. That gave the police a clue that he had anatomical knowledge. He often slashed and stabbed people throats. Like the axeman, he also sent letters to the police here's a little excerpt.

"The next job I do I shall clip the lady's ears off and send to the police officers just for jolly wouldn't you. Keep this letter back 'til I do a bit more work, then give it out straight.

My knife's so nice and sharp I want to get to work right away if I get a chance.

Good Luck.

Yours truly,

Jack the Ripper"

Clearly, he was deranged. People might have seen him as a stocky man, who was five foot nine, with a moustache, and a top hat. The police got so worried they searched almost every house in the area looking for clues, but they found nothing. Jack slit a woman's throat and quickly fled the scene after a person may have seen him. 15 minutes later another person was found dead, not far from the first attack. All of a sudden, his killings stopped and he was never caught.

SALLIE HOUSE

The Sallie house is rated one of the most haunted houses in the US. There is a reason to believe that this house is infested with demons. Let's start with the history of this house. The house was built between 1867 and 1871. Throughout those years there had been three deaths in the house. Eventually, in the 1990s the Pickman family moved in, with one daughter. Throughout the four years they lived in the house the hauntings gradually got worse. From scratching noises to random flames, it was enough to make the family move out. The family reported that the lights would turn on out of nowhere. They would hear noises coming from within the walls. On July 4th the family went up to the daughter's room and found her stuffed animals in a cult circle. On October 31st, 1993 the father went to the kitchen for a drink, but when he turned around, he saw a little young girl that wasn't her daughter. The little girl is the basic clichΓ© of every horror movie, so this could either be fake or the movies based it on the girl.

They eventually moved out after four years, and as they were leaving the father felt a hard scratch that left a mark on his back. After they moved out the next family that lived there experienced no haunting of any kind. One day the landlord came to visit and inspect the place. What she found put her in shock. She headed down to the basement and found a cult circle, a black robe, a kettle and an altar. The woman living there was to believe that she was doing satanic practices, but no one knew for sure. A popular theory is this thing called "infestation" by demons. Infestation is where a demon finds a place to live and feed off, mostly in holes in houses or basements. In the basement of the Sallie house, there's a giant hole where many people think a demon lives. 'Til today no one knows if it's just their mind playing with them, or an actual demon lives there. It's now a popular tourist attraction to many people.
