In a small village far from the hustle and bustle of the city, there stood an old house that had long been abandoned. The house was famous for its eerie and mysterious stories that made the villagers reluctant to approach it, especially after dusk. However, for three close friends—Lina, Andi, and Budi—that old house was a place that piqued their curiosity.

One evening, as the sun began to set and the shadows grew longer, the three of them decided to explore the old house. With mixed feelings of fear and excitement, they brought flashlights, an old map, and hearts full of courage.

They entered the old house's yard carefully. The large, heavy main door seemed tightly locked, but the window next to the door was slightly open. With a bit of effort, they managed to get inside. The air inside the house was damp and musty, as if it hadn't been breathed in for decades.

In the living room, they found various antique furniture covered in dust. Thick, worn-out curtains hung on the large windows, blocking out the remaining sunlight. But what caught their attention the most was a large wooden door in the corner of the room, locked with a big, rusty padlock.

"Why is this door locked?" Lina asked in a whisper, as if afraid their voices might awaken something unseen.

"There's something behind this door," Andi replied, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "We need to find a way to open it."

Budi, who was calmer and always carried useful tools, took out a set of old keys from his backpack. After several attempts, one of the keys managed to unlock the padlock. With a creaking, eerie sound, the door opened, revealing stairs leading down to a dark, mysterious basement.

They descended the stairs carefully, each step producing a rustling sound. Below, they found a large room filled with old books, strange equipment, and paintings depicting mysterious figures.

In the middle of the room, there was a large table with a thick book open on it. Andi, the most curious, approached the table and began reading the open page. It turned out that the book was a journal belonging to an alchemist who had lived in the house several centuries ago. The alchemist had been conducting experiments to discover the secret of eternal life.

However, on the last page of the journal, there was a chilling warning. The alchemist wrote about a dark entity he had accidentally released and how he had locked the entity in the basement to protect the world from destruction.

As Andi read the final words, a rumbling sound came from the corner of the room. A dark figure with glowing red eyes emerged from the shadows, freezing the three friends in fear.

"Leave this place before it's too late!" the figure shouted with a booming voice. Lina, Andi, and Budi exchanged glances, realizing they had to get out of the old house as quickly as possible.

With a speed they had never experienced before, they ran up the stairs and out of the old house. The large door behind them closed on its own, as if an invisible force was shutting it.

They stood outside, panting and terrified, but also relieved to have escaped safely. They swore never to return to the old house again, keeping the dark secret they had discovered to themselves.

From that moment on, the old house remained locked and abandoned, holding mysteries that would never be solved by anyone. And for Lina, Andi, and Budi, their adventure in the old house would always be an unforgettable memory.
