The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sharon and Chance take the plunge

Y&R viewers need scorecards to keep up

Fans of The Young and Restless have been frustrated lately and feel they need scorecards to keep up with which Genoa City residents are on the verge of becoming couples. Each time it looks as if two characters are about to declare their love or hook up the storyline shifts. Viewers are also disgruntled because the rumors about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Audra Charles were true.

These two were not even in each other's orbit but the rumors about them did come to pass although no one expects them to last. Right now there are a number of characters in Genoa City that are seemingly about to become potential lovers and finally, two of them Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will take some steps to be closer next week.

Possible romantic involvements

Before we to the details of Sharon and Chance let's rehash why Y&R fans are so frustrated by looking at what has been going on in Genoa City. Several male and female residents have more than one person whom they appear to be smitten with or others who seems to be taken with them. It is not clear to viewers what direction any of them are going in and Y&R fans always desire to be on top of things.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is with Nick Newman (Josh Morrow) but was conflicted by her feelings for his brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Viewers thought they might bond over the death of their daughter but instead, Sally blamed Adam who has been spending time lately with Sharon. Spoilers and viewers were suspecting they might get back together especially since she asked him to help her run the company she inherited after Cameron Kristen (Linden Ashby) left it to her in his will.

Others were hoping Sharon and Nick Newman (Josh Morrow would rekindle their old flame when they were saving Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) from Cameron. Some spoiler alerts predicted this but it never happened. There were also rumors that Chance might hook up with Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) since she has been leaning on him in recent weeks and her marriage to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is over. Spoilers also teased that Sharon and Chance might turn to each other but lately, they really have not spent much time together.

The couple that will connect is Chance and Sharon

Now Celeb Dirty Laundry is reporting that Sharon and Chance will be the ones who heat up the screen on Monday's episode of The Young and the Restless. At one point they were meeting in the coffee house on a regular basis and seemed to be growing closer but nothing romantic has happened between them yet. This will change next week on The Young and the Restless when Rey and Sharon will be the first of these possible couples who will decide to give in to passion.

C D L says that on Monday Chance and Sharon will be together at the coffee house and after months of nothing will finally share a kiss. They will take things to a back room where their passion will heat up but the spoiler does not say specifically whether or not they will actually make love, stop themselves or be interrupted. Even if they do go all the way it will not stop Adam if he gets notions in his head about Sharon or Summer if indeed she is falling for Chance so stay tuned to The Young and the Restless to find out how all of this comes out in the wash.
