It's back. The Lion King returns for a NEW Movie and TV Series. A Primetime Movie is set to air on the Disney Channel this November.
"The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar"
The Production will follow Kion who is Simba and Nala's 2nd son who will be the leader of a group of animals. Kion will be preserving the Pride Land. After the film in November, "The Lion Guard" TV series will be broadcasting in early 2016 on Disney Channels and Disney Junior channels.
Plot details are below (Spoilers by the way):
James Earl Jones and Ernie Sabella will be reprising their roles from "The Lion King" as Mufasa and Pumbaa, alongside Rob Lowe as Simba and Gabrielle Union as Nala. Max Charles will be voicing Kion.
