The Guardian Angel's Warning: A Blind Date Interrupted

Lisa had been on several blind dates before, but none of them had been as promising as this one. She had been chatting with Tom for weeks, and they seemed to have a lot in common. They both loved hiking, music, and good food, so when Tom suggested they meet up for dinner, Lisa was excited.

As she arrived at the restaurant, Lisa's nerves started to kick in. She was wearing her best dress and had spent hours getting ready, but what if Tom didn't like her? What if they had nothing to talk about?

She took a deep breath and walked into the restaurant, scanning the room for Tom. He was easy to spot, with his tall frame and warm smile. He stood up to greet her, and Lisa felt her nerves dissipate. He was even better looking in person, and his smile was infectious.

They sat down at the table, and the conversation flowed easily. They talked about their favorite music, shared stories about their travels, and laughed at each other's jokes. Lisa was starting to feel more relaxed, and she was enjoying herself.

But just as they were about to order their main course, something strange happened. A figure appeared out of nowhere, standing next to their table. Lisa could sense that something was off, but she couldn't see who it was.

"Excuse me, Tom," the figure said. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but I need to speak with Lisa for a moment."

Tom looked confused, but Lisa was terrified. Who was this person, and why did they want to talk to her?

"It's okay, Tom," Lisa said, trying to sound calm. "I'll be right back."

She got up from the table and followed the figure out of the restaurant. As soon as they were outside, Lisa realized that the figure was an angel.

"I'm sorry to startle you," the angel said. "My name is Gabriel, and I'm your guardian angel."

Lisa's heart skipped a beat. She had never believed in guardian angels, but now she was face to face with one.

"Why are you here?" Lisa asked, her voice shaking.

"I'm here to warn you," Gabriel said. "Tom is not who he seems to be. He's not interested in you for the right reasons."

Lisa felt a sinking feeling in her stomach. She had been so hopeful about this date, and now it seemed like everything was falling apart.

"What should I do?" Lisa asked.

"You should trust your instincts," Gabriel said. "You have a strong intuition, and you need to listen to it. You deserve someone who will treat you with respect and kindness, not someone who has ulterior motives."

Lisa nodded, feeling grateful for Gabriel's warning. She knew she needed to trust her gut and make a decision.

As she walked back into the restaurant, Tom looked up at her with concern.

"Is everything okay?" he asked.

Lisa hesitated for a moment, then took a deep breath.

"No, it's not," she said. "I don't think we should continue with this date."

Tom looked surprised and hurt.

"Why not?" he asked.

Lisa paused, trying to find the right words.

"I just don't think we're right for each other," she said. "I'm sorry."

Tom looked disappointed, but he didn't argue. He paid the bill, and they both left the restaurant in silence.

As Lisa walked away, she felt a sense of relief. She knew that she had made the right decision, thanks to Gabriel's intervention. She realized that sometimes, even the most promising situations can turn out to be false. But with the guidance of her guardian angel, Lisa knew that she would find someone who was truly right for her.
