The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Liam and Steffy might find themselves in a familiar situation

Is Liam waiting to strike?

Spoilers and fans of The Bold and the Beautiful believe that "Steam" will heat up again. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is waiting in the wings for Steffy Forrester (Jackie Wood) because he doesn't believe  John  Finnegan  (Tanner Novlin) is worthy of her love.

Liam is not as overbearing as he was when it came to Hope Spencer (Anikka Noelle) and Thomas Forrester (Mathew Atkinson). This time around he is subtle and easing his way into Steffy's orbit, pretending to be a shoulder to lean on. He drops hints, and she smiles but does not encourage him.

Deacon and Finn may cause Steffy much trauma

Once Finn teams up with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and they figure out that Sugar (Robin Mattson/Kimberlin Brown) is dead and Sheila Carter (also Brown) is possibly alive, everything will change. Liam will be in Steffy's ear, pointing out how Finn is not devoting himself to her and the children.

Steffy's continued arrogance and unrepentance about killing her mother-in-law could cause Dr. Finnegan to view her differently. Liam has been telling her she did the right thing by stabbing Finn's birth mom and complaining that he does not understand why the doctor feels any ties to "the monster."

When Steffy finds out about Sugar she might go off the deep end, demanding her husband stop Deacon's efforts. Liam will be there ready to cheer her on, although Finn told him to stay away from his wife. Liam always believes he is the better man and that whichever woman he is interested in at the time, Steffy or Hope, should choose him.

Tom may have answers

This week, spoilers say Finn and Deacon will talk to a homeless man named Tom (Clint Howard), who will give them some info regarding Sugar and Sheila. What B&B fans don't know is whether or not Brown is returning to the screen. She said her goodbyes, adding it was a good run, so what happened?

Was this just a ploy to keep viewers invested, or did the powers that be change their minds? Will we see Sheila again, or is the character out? B&B viewers know Ms. Carter would never voluntarily stay away from Deacon or Finn. The fact that she has not called either of them suggests she is somehow incapacitated.

What really happened between Sugar and Sheila

Sugar is supposed to be incarcerated, so could she have lured Sheila to the prison and somehow changed places with her? However, if, Sheila were behind bars, she would have called Deacon or shown someone her nine toes in an effort to be set free.

This storyline is a real mystery that will not begin to unravel until Tom tells what he knows. Whatever comes out, fans of The Bold and the Beautiful know that Liam will be by Steffy's side.

Will Steam end up in bed again?

Spoilers are even teasing that she might become so distraught at the thought of Sheila being alive she may turn to drink. Viewers know the last time she and Liam were drinking together, they ended up in bed together, and Steffy was not sure who the father of her baby was.

Spoilers for The Bold and the Beautiful have predicted that Liam and Steffy will reunite several times during the past few years, but it has not happened. Will Sinn withstand the storm coming their way and the specter of Sheila Carter or will Liam finally take Steffy from her husband?
